Even after calling, the FREAKING HOT TUB did not work!! So disappointed!! I WOULD OF NOT PAID THE MONEY TO STAY HERE if I would of been told and known that the hot tub did NOT WORK properly! I have RA and a hot tub is detrimental to my daily ADL's!! So disappointing. An entire sports team was there for the HOT TUB as WELL and they were just besides themselves. So upset.

Affordable and clean. Good breakfast in morning. Pool (a little cold) and hot tub for kids. Pillows could be a little softer. Overall recommend staying here especially in a budget.

We had an excellent couple of nights. The beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, microwave and fridge worked well. I like the large amount of counter space in the bathroom and the desk space. We enjoyed the breakfast options also. I didn't really like any of the pillows -- I am a side sleeper and they were a bit too soft for me. But that is just personal preference -- I don't expect places to have every possible pillow option. 🙂🙂 We were in town to see a concert at the Moody Center in Austin. It is about a 20 minute drive. Definitely would stay here again if we are in town.

We picked this hotel over a competitors because it had a jacuzzi. We get there and the jacuzzi heat doesn't work. As well I was placed on the 4rth floor and The ice machines only worked on the 1st and 2nd floor. I see they had a renovation recently cause I've stayed here in the past. But what was the purpose if the ice machines and hot tube dont work. It looked nicer but stuff is broke now. I wasn't gonna complain but the checkout pushed me to it. As we were walking to our car we noticed the clean up man with his cart in the hall. He was watching Tv in the next room with the door open. I first I didn't think anything of it. We decided to leave the door cracked with the door stop just in case I forgot something. And last time they turned my key off 5 min before actual checkout so I got locked out the side door while packing. I always come back and do a final check to make sure I didn't forget anything.There was a handful of items so I decided I grab them when I come back up to check. I get to car put my stuff in and hurry back to the room cause the door is cracked. As I walk to my room the maid man was not pushing the cart from my room. As I enter my hand full of stuff is gone. He must have thrown it away. So I go to the hall and ask him for my stuff. He said he thought it was trash. Cologne earbuds tho. I told him its not even checkout time why was he cleaning my room He seen me walk to the roo. He could of said something. I tell checkout of the issue with 5min to spare.smh

The hotel was comfortable and clean. We felt safe. Our 2 main complaints are: The over powering cleaning product that was used was overbearing when you first walk in. And The lady that checked us in wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. She didn’t welcome us or give us the room number. We had to open the key book to get it.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in (it was after midnight). The beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean. However, there were no toiletries in the room at all. No soap or shampoo. When I tried calling house keeping, no one answered. Breakfast the next morning was great!

Hotel is starting to show it's age. Been staying there over several years but it has been 2+ years since my last stay. Shower drain was broken and carpet in hall ways was very dirty and worn. Room was clean and staff friendly. However, the morning free breakfast was so so and the coffee machine made very weak coffee even on the bold setting.

Comfortable hotel for a good price. The hotel is in a good location with dining options nearby. The hotel is tidy, but nothing special. I didn't try the breakfast, but it smelled good. And they have chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon.

There was a robbery attempt at the hotel. Around 12 cars were broken in the parking lot. The hotel staff didnt respond quickly enough, a guest had called 911 when this happened. Felt really scared when this took place.

Ok so it seemed clean, the staff was amazing! The smell was terrible, the hot tub had bugs floating in it because someone left the door open to the outside. The shower was odd and the floor in front of the shower seemed soft and like sponge. The biggest problem was the smell!
