I booked an accessible room at this property, which was an excellent choice for an older person with mobility issues. The room was comfortable, although I found the lounge too low and the desk chair rather flimsy. There is a good fridge, a microwave and a kitchen sink.

This is on e of the few places to let you bring your dogs. Motel type accomodation clean and quiet with new owners. Walking path behind the premises to talk your dogs for a walk. Little bit out of town but was perfect for what we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Our second visit to Emeraldine Inn and it did not disappoint even though there are new owners. Clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation, slightly out of town but just a short drive to shops and the beach.

Our room was the cleanest hotel room I think I have ever stayed in. Decor is a little dated, but our family room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Friendly and welcoming lady checked us in. Perfectly clean and comfortable solid brick walled room. Was the perfect place for us to stop over and unwind after driving many hours. Great vakue for money and eco friendly. Would recommend and stay again.

The unit was spacious, clean & had 1 queen 1 single. M/Wave,sml fridge, coffee machine, kettle,toaster etc. there was a shared balcony out the front of the 4 adjoining units, with seating. Pleasant surroundings, very close to hospitals& medical & shopping. Great spot for all. Swimming pool & BBQ area too!

So peaceful. No noise from other guests just the sound of the birds and the wind in the trees. The room is very clean and comfortable. Spent the afternoon enjoying the pool and the surrounding bush. Definitely a highlight and perfect for some time away.

We needed an overnight stay at the last minute and Emeraldene Inn & Eco-Lodge had a room available at a reasonable cost - we were pleasantly surprised! Friendly service, clean and quiet. It's not really near anything so that detracts from it a bit - literally no cafes or restaurants in walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay!

I forgot to add our one year old to the booking. However the room I booked was for three person and we were two adults plus our little one. So shouldn’t be any issue since we had paid a room for three. But the lady charged us an extra $20 and said we are not allowed to use the extra bed if we don’t pay the fee!!!! It was the first time I heard such things. From my experience when you book a room that is dedicated to certain number of people you are actually paying for those number of people. It doesn’t mean that they charge you less if you are fewer.She was acting like she had caught our hands while we were trying to sneak in. Very disappointed and unhappy about our experience.

The problem was our booking was unfortunately not valid as the Friday night was booked out. So your very efficient staff booked us into Comfort Inn in Pialba. So pleased she acted wisely as that motel was very good for us. We can't comment on any of your facilities as we didn't stay there.
