Parking did not come available. We had to wait on the side of the road until there’s a space available space. It seems the sorrounding is a residential area where residences walk their dogs and do not pick up their pets mess. People smoke in the front door, which is not good for the non-smokers

I’m giving good grades due to location, clean/new/large spaces, free games like pool and fusbal and the friendliness of the reception. The hotel is part of the Marriott/W Group and some of the details were disappointing. The shower in the room had a very sensitive temperature control that never seemed to get it right. The breakfast costs extra and the layout looks decent, but the bread was mostly stale and probably at least a day old. They had a steam egg set up that creates a mess I couldn’t enjoy and I was patronised by the kitchen help when I made a logical suggestion about where certain things were places (having to go back and forth trying to find something is frustrating). I can imagine the mess there when it is busy. I wouldn’t suggest paying for the breakfast.

The second evening there was no hot water until the morning, so it was not possible to take the shower! Temperature regulation in the room was not working, since it was -5 oC outside the room was rather cold. The rest was OK, personel is freindly.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms are huge and modern, they are extremely pet friendly with no additional charge, dog bowls available for use, and the ability to leave your dogs in the room as long as they are not disturbing guests. The lobby area has a nice bar as well! Perfect option when staying in Brussels.

Attractive, accessible, good location, safe, clean, accommodating. Would recommend and return. Unfortunately the bar was closed on weekends yet open on weekdays. Odd... The lobby is modern, open and inviting. Includes both a billiards and foozball table. The breakfast option is nice. Not huge but plentiful. Several tea & coffee options. The brekafast area doubles as a food/drink type commissary at night. The connecting rooms were large with comfortable beds, big restroom, coffee maker, iron, minibar in fridge, seating area and large windows that open. It was clean and comfortable.

Art and design was incredible in room- everything was great! No complaints. Room was especially clean. Not very close to all the attractions tourists want to see however, although we love to walk so we did not mind (about 25 mins out by walk, but a good way to see the city!) overall- I recommend! The lobby was also incredible equipped with games, lots of funky seating and a breakfast bar.

The hotel is very well located if you need to be close to EU institutions. Restaurants are at a walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. The only problem was the wifi, not always very efficient.

We were only in for one night but the staff was very professional and welcoming. The hotel itself is nicely kept up (not outdated decor or broken/dingy). You have to put your card into a slot when you’re in the room in order to turn lights on so it’s nice that they try to help with energy conservation/usage.

An excellent, very modern hotel where everything works smoothly and where the staff is always ready to help you. Great AC, a superconfy bed, a small fridge and a waterboiler in every room - all I want on my business trip. If you work for the EU-institutions, the location is great - but if you are a tourist, then the EU area might be a bit dull compared to other parts of vivid Brussels.
