Loved this hotel. Deco is vintage and very nice…accessible to everything within city centre and surrounding area is safe.feels cozy. Facilities are good especially the rooftop bar.. all staff are friendly and helpful.. we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you

Fabulous location. The staff were amazing, everyone from reception, the bar, housekeeping and maintenance were professional and friendly. The room itself was very comfortable and extremely clean - bonus points for the welcome G&T. Really good water pressure in the shower, too, which is always helpful.

This hotel is stylish and in a great area. Staff is friendly and helpful rooms are big. My only complaint is the beds. Really hard and the sheets feel like paper.

Excellent hotel and staff. They got in contact prior to our arrival. Service was friendly and professional. It was twenty minutes to walk into the heart of the city. It was though up a steep hill but that said where isn't in Lisbon. We would stay agin.

It was beautifully appointed, blending comfort with elegance, and every detail seemed carefully considered to enhance the guest experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, promising a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. But the pleasant surprises didn't stop at the room. The staff's helpfulness and attentiveness were exemplary. Whether it was providing directions to local attractions, accommodating special requests, or simply offering a friendly greeting in the morning, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. It’s rare to find a team so committed to ensuring that every aspect of your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast offered each morning was another highlight of my stay. It went far beyond the standard fare, with a variety of delicious options to suit every taste. From freshly baked pastries to a selection of hot and cold dishes, everything was prepared to perfection. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They made our visit special with dinner and sightseeing recommendations. The room was super - size and facilities. The loo is a little echo chamber which is a bit odd. It’s a little walk (quite a hill) from the centre but a quiet area … lovely local restaurants. Breakfast is good. No option to use towels more than one day hence the eco rating. Only real downside is the spa facilities including the pool and gym have to be booked in advance - only 4 guests at a time so very limited access (at least the day before generally) and not that easy to book.

I loved the stay, however, the beds were really hard and the pillows were hurting my neck. I couldn’t get any good night sleep. The only complain is the bed. The staff, food, location, all was great.
