Lovely hotel, nice , friendly host, only setback, the restaurant was closed due to local holiday , can`t be helped, but should be mentioned on Hotel.com booking site.

Friendly and welcoming, I' guessing a family-run establishment. Good location in the older parts of Calafell, very charming. Nice & clean, filled its purpose more than well for my 1-night stay.

Basic, but pleasant hotel. Situated in the old town, so a bit of a walk to the seafront. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would have been nice to have an english language news channel available on tv.

The owner gave us a wrong room key during the check in and the day after he said that it was our fault and even tried to get us to pay extra for that.
He switch to Spanish, when we tried to explain to him, that he gave us the key and that we did not just take a random key from the check-in counter.
The swimming pool was a semi-public shared between the hotel and private houses around.
There was no bar or restaurant or room service available when we were there.
There wasn't any bar at all by the pool, like stated in the description.
The best thing was the owner recommendation for at restaurant. Which turned out to his or somehow related to him. But it was good food.
Finally, at Calafell everything happens near the beach, this area is very dull, find something closer to the beach, where there are restaurants and shops nearby.

I came to visit Calafell for a week and my stay at the hotel made the vacation even better. The room was simpel but super cute. They cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels for new ones each day. The pool area is very nice. With the garden surrounded you feel very relaxed and the view was just amazing. The breakfast could have been better. It was very simpel so that’s basically the only thing they can improve.
I would defenitely come back to the hotel when I’m visiting Calafell in the future! :)

Service was AMAZING, my flight was leaving early morning and they left me a table served with breakfast. Parking is around 200 m from the hotel, but nothing to die about. The room was super comfy and clean. I would definitely stay there again. Highly Recommended

All the Staff are very lovely and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Hotel is really nice too; authentically Spanish. Eating at the restaurant is great value with 3 courses of atalan delicacies all locally sourced. BBQ runs at night and at the weekend. Good atmosphere in the restaurant also. The bar is open for Tea and coffee (plus other drinks) No access to Tea & Coffee in the room, only at the bar. Cafe next door in the square open apart form the afternoon siesta.

At arrival, I found nobody at the reception desk. I had to wait until finally a young girl come by. I did my reservation many weeks before, but she give me the worst room (#32) all the way to the top of the building where the elevator don't reach. I have to drag my things up the stairs. The room was small and the headboard of the bed, was way to wide an pressed against the switch and turn the lights out every time you sit on the bed. At night, you could not lock the door from inside, and the wifi system did not reach my room. When I approached the concierge about it, she toll me that it was a problem with the configuration of my cell phone. Only that I had the difficulty with my laptop and not with my cell, since I had pre-paid service on it, and needed no wifi for it. But what made all this worse is that I talk about this issue with two other employees before, and both told me that there was great difficulty on getting wifi on the last floor. There was no apology nor offer of another room. Thanks God I had service on my cell phone and didn't lost contact with the world. I will never come back again.
