Very clean, on the best street in Lunenberg for dining and shopping. Sparsely furnished tho, but fine for a place to sleep.

To start with the good: check in was very nice and the staff were lovely.
Otherwise wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the price. Room was not clean, dust bunnies everywhere. Pillows were horrific and lumpy. Bed is super uncomfortable. Was charged for wine in the room that we never opened (this was refunded after multiple back and forth calls, and the management was very kind and apologetic).

It was interesting checking in at the restaurant below, but the room was clean. It was good for a night, but if we were staying longer we would have maybe stayed somewhere else. It was right near the port though so the location was great.
6.0
It was convenient but very small.

Street parking only. No easy access to hotel. Room was on second floor, was not easy to get to if you have disabilities.

The location of the property is excellent to water front that's all. Concerns needed to be addressed: floors vacuumed only around bed area, dirty below it. Food left in fridge from previous guests. Cups, glasses & ice bucket had dirt rings inside them and on some inner bottoms, the table lamp is broken and a fire hazard, main sheets were very yellow compared to upper linens, bathroom tiles broken and grout very dirty (cannot be cleaned enough in this condition), just one hand towel & one face cloth for two of us, called front desk at 8:30 to check out but no one answered. This is an Expedia partnered hotel. Paid close to $200/night but in reality, at best, is a $60/night value.

Basic accommodations in a beautiful little town. Easy walking distance to all attractions. Easy check-in/check-out.

Bar next to the balcony had window open and live entertainment until 11;30.

It was quaint, there is no 'check-in' staff, you had to go to restaurant below. Carpets, especially in the hallways should be replaced. Wasn't aware there was only street parking and at 10 am you had to move or get money in meter. Other than that is was a good stay and clean

The best thing about this room is the balcony overlooking the harbour. We enjoyed our time there. The room needs renovations though. The beds are so soft that we couldn't sleep well. And the shower is a tiny metal shower stall. The room would be so much better if it had a bigger shower and a better mattress. Not sure that we would return unless it was upgraded.

Too over priced

Perfect spot, very comfy and clean, close to restaurants and the museum, beautifull view of the waterfront. We loved it.

We enjoyed our stay.

This was an interesting accommodation experience given there is no on-site parking and there was not a traditional check-in office/desk/attendant. It is very convenient to the waterfront and literally "in the middle" of all the shops, bars, and restaurants in Lunenburg. Indeed, upon arrival we had to check into our room at the bar in the restaurant below the guest rooms. The room was nice enough and included a covered balcony with two Adirondack chairs so we could watch the harbour into the evening after exploring the town. The shower was tiny, so small that if you dropped your soap you would likely have to step out of the shower to pick up the soap! Also, although the room was insulated from any noise from the bar/restaurant below the hallway outside our room (level with Montague St.) seem to have people traffic at different points in the night; also, there was a room with refrigeration/ice making equipment on the same level with a door that was always open and thus the hallway was very hot at all times (though our room was just fine with the AC and a ceiling fan). Overall the rating could be a 4 or 4.5 if it wasn't for the noisy hallway, it was a good room for the night so the overall rating is actually 3.5.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean but if you don’t like stairs don’t book here. Wifi was spotty.

Probably the most unique lodging of our trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Nothing fancy, but a nice space, clean and comfortable.

Great value for price. Staff at bar where you check in friendly. Room small but clean and premises quiet. Bed comfortable with white linens. Appreciated the mini fridge, coffee making supplies, coffee mugs and glasses. Flooring could stand to be updated. Would have liked a second hand towel and washcloth.

No parking except on the street and hopefully you’re lucky enough to find a spot. Entranceway and stairs really dirty. You have to go to the bar to get the key. Room was tiny. Crumbs on the table, hairs on the sheets (look liked they weren’t changed), hair in bathroom. Carpet dirty and didn’t appear to be vacuumed. Old and run down. Asked for my money back and manager refunded my money. I do not recommend at all.

Appreciate the friendliness of the staff very much, and the location couldn't be better!

Leaking hot tub which made floor soggy and wet, didn't change the sheets (which were stained) even though I requested. Called to complain, was told owner would call back and they did not.
Nice view, but not worth the almost $300.00 a night price tag.

I stayed in room 8, which is located across and street and I was not told of this at check in. The hotel is housed in an older building, which was evident from the moment I stepped inside. The room, while spacious, felt outdated and in dire need of renovation. The overall ambiance was more reminiscent of a budget accommodation rather than a high-priced hotel.
The amenities provided were also quite outdated. The bathroom fixtures were antiquated, and the air conditioning unit was both noisy and inefficient, leading to an uncomfortable stay.
