This property was clean and beautiful. The room
Was more spacious than a typical double queen. I would’ve liked to have some night time options. But overall everything was excellent!

This was one of the best vacation spots in a very long time.
Impeccable service and super friendly staff. I will be going back next year, and this time with my children.

Best customer service we enjoy nature we will come back thank you

Gorgeous resort property on a nature preserve/compound with private homes, bike paths, animal shelter, golf course, restaurants. We did not leave the compound our entire stay. Excellent service and bikes are provided to explore the property. Tours and transportation available on golf carts. Only warnings are: Can't wear heals or ride bikes on the wooden paths to the rooms so ladies bring flats. Iguanas roam the property freely and jumped in the pool. Stray cats and birds harass you when eating in the outdoor cafe.

Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The restaurants lack character, but the food was good.

We chose the hotel because of the St Regis brand and we knew it was going to be expensive, however it fell very short of our expectations. The rooms are lovely and big, it had everything except bed slippers which was shocking. I’m sure if I asked I would have gotten but I was shocked there weren’t slippers waiting. I was also surprised that it was a huge bath tub and not a Jacuzzi. The property was very quiet but of course it’s a Golf resort however, for that price there was not many options for food or anything else and we found it to be a bit boring for us. I would rate it really at a 3 because there was no value for all that money unless you’re playing golf.

As someone wrote in another review this is a 3 star resort mascarading as a 5 star resort. But I'd correct this review and I would say this is a 2 start resort. They don't even use high quality linen and have a nerve to pad the mattress with a plastic mattress cover so the entire time I felt that I was sleeping in a hospital bed. There's absolutely no dining options at the hotel besides the bar and the breakfast and beach/lunch area and the WORST Greek restaurant I've even been to. The concierge sent us to the scariest Sushi place I've even been and I thought I was in an episode of Kill Bill. I thought we'd be killed. Good thing the taxi driver was waiting for us. Just unacceptable. Never again.

Absolutely incredible.

Beautiful Property with all the amenities needed to enjoy multiple days. Great in-house restaurants. Polite and friendly staff. No need to leave the property. Nothing to do around the Rio Grande town, it seems to be very humble and forgotten.

Staff in the dining area were slow to provide basic services like I ordered a bagel and cream cheese after 45 minutes I received the cream cheese but no bagel. Also paying over $700 per night and the tv was not working to catch up on news or sports.Situations like this the hotel should provide their customers with a credit. This is first time I stayed at this resort and I have no intention booking here again. My son and his wife with their 6 month baby ordered room service and after 3 hours and 3 follow up phone calls still no food and they went to bed starving. Total waste of money my family booked 3 separate rooms for this vacation we should be given back our money for this disaster.

AMAZING!!!! That’s all I can say. The entire experience was amazing.

I had a garden view. But it looked more like a jungle. If you go to this hotel you really just need to go ahead and get the ocean view. Room service food is just ok. I ordered waffles that were rubbery. Staff is super nice. Room was clean. It was hot, but the Beach had the most wonderful cool breeze.

Perfect! Thank you to the staff & employees

The property was luxurious. They were generous with helping us celebrate a special occasion. the Pool is open 24 hrs. (this is rare). The rooms were tastefully appointed, the staff overwhelmingly nice and accommodating, and it was only 2.5 miles from town - but felt isolated and tranquil. The private beach was second to none.

Beautiful resort and amazingly nice people. Loved the scenery and the restaurants food was great!

This property is simply AMAZING! It is 45 minutes away from San Juan, but Ubers are easily accessible.

I have 2 major issues with St. Regis the food is absurdly priced. Every meal you get with a 1 will cost you around 100$. Also, a somewhat hidden fee which is NOT included in your upfront # of nights stay is a 100$ per day Resort Fee! This is not known until you are already booked. The only way to know this is to open one of the .pdf documents they send you AFTER you book your reservation and click on "Resort Fee". I just got my receipt for the room services and food and noticed a 100$ DAILY resort fee. I then scoured my emails to try and find it, which I did. In conclusion, whatever the price you pay for your stay is, factor in an additional 300$ a day. 100$ for breakfast, (skipped lunch), 100$ for dinner, 100$ for the resort fee.

Truly a 5 star experience.

They agreed to late check out and then asked to leave immediately despite confirming 3 times with other staff members and butler before. It was extremely unpleasant experience to be forced out. There was no remorse and very arrogant behavior of front desk.

This place is heaven! The hospitality is absolutely amazing. All of the amenities were absolutely great. Highly recommend and I look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful resort. Wonderful staff. Amazing private beaches and pools. Breathtaking golf course. Gardens and agauñas. Just be prepared to pay the max for everything. All of your meals, alcohol, spa packages, daily fees, amenity fees will add up quick.

We had the most amazing stay at St.Regis Bahia in Puerto Rico! The staff were so welcoming and always willing to help make our stay that more memorable. The pool area was spectacular and the ocean view magnificent. We will MOST definitely be back to visit ❤️
