The hotel was absolutely stacked with character, and the lady who greeted us on arrival was an ambassador for customer service. The breakfast buffet was extremely fresh and French.
We will definitely be visiting again.
Thankyou.

The Hotel is excellent, stayed in a single room and its the largest single bed I've ever seen and was exceptionally comfortable. I forgot to notify reception in advance that I was travelling by bicycle but they were really accommodating and have bike storage facilities. The gardens are beautiful, breakfast was lovely and I kind of wish I'd been there for more than 1 night.

the room was well appointed but no hot water in the morning after running the tap for some time. The meal was fine but the vegetables were just a token which is often the case in somewhat pretentious restaurants. The wine glass size was 10 cl instead of 12.5 cl which is a bit of a cheat although the actual size is down to the guess of the waiter. The prices are a little on the high side so not value for money.

Loved the location and how pretty the hotel is. The garden is like an oasis- it’s beautiful and tranquil. Breakfast was superb- definitely worth the 11 euros

We booked a room and got a cell the size of a double bed with a small extra. We asked to change and offered to add 35 Euros per night and sent us to a third floor without an elevator (we are over 70).The location of the hotel was good, the breakfast was continental and improved and cost 11 euro per person and this already brings us to a high price per room.Do not recommend this hotel.

Very friendly hotel, with clean comfortable rooms and a beautiful garden. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was superb and excellent value for the level of service and standard of food. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also great.

30 minutes drive from Cherbourg ferry so ideal for a weekend break in a very pretty fishing port. If you like sea food - oysters in particular this is the place!

We have stayed and eaten at the Fushias for family get togethers before and will return.
The restaurant is very special great food wines and service.
Excellent ambiance especially the garden and dining room. The rooms are a little tired and very French 3 star but that is part of the charm!

Last visited by us 30 years ago and not much has changed. Our room was really spacious, the verandah dining area is very attractive and the gardens are delightful. On-street parking was easy and more practical than the distant hotel parking space. Reception was brusque but efficient and dining was elegant but the menus were lacking variety and imagination. Still the best place to stay in this small town.

First room we were shown was not what I expected I payed extra to have only one flight of stairs and view of garden garden is lovely but furniture does need washing . Breakfast was poor we have stayed so many times over the years and used to have breakfast in the conservatory that was a joy .the dinning room is a sheer pleasure and the cheff brilliant cant fault it still high standard .look forward to next visit .but please sort out breakfast and awfull coffee .by the way atmosphere great .

Les Fuchias is an older style hotel full of character and with a wonderful garden. Rooms are quite basic with sheets and blankets. Don't expect thick fluffy towels, white dressing gowns and slippers ! Well worth the extra cost to stay in a room overlooking the garden. A lovely relaxed place to visit.
