Absolutely amazing stay for our family. Staff were simply outstanding throughout the hotel. Our best hotel stay ever. Rooms are clean and fresh everyday even if the housekeeping came and you are not ready for your room to be cleaned they will come back later. Just simply inform the front reception. Food at the restaurant in the evening was simply amazing some dish were better then some restaurants we have eaten at. A very special thank you to all the restaurant staff who catered to our 2 young children's food needs nothing was to much for them. Bar is responsible priced and food is offered here to. Car parking can be found at the front and side of the hotel and is safe overnight. They have a amazing swimming pool which for a small fee you can use throught the day which was great. Right in the heart of Batalha you can leave your car at the hotel and walk around pretty much everywhere in the town. Thank you very very much everyone for simply the best holiday my family has had. We are already booking.our next stay with you.

Staff very accommodating. Ate dinner in restaurant our first night. Had an 8:30 reservation; it was 10 when we received our food. Beautiful lounge area on second floor where our room was located, but far too hot to sit in. Air conditioner kept off, but property gets rising and setting sun. Room very spacious. Firm bed is great if that’s your preference.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Villa Batalha, having booked on line. This is a great hotel in a small town. It has generous sized rooms and bathrooms, with plenty of large public sitting areas. The magnificent Batalha Monastery is within walking distance.

Surprisingly very modern hotel in such a historic old area. Perfect stop on a road trip because theres no need to leave the hotel. We had a wonderful dinner here in the buffet breakfast was plentiful. Very comfortable rooms and beds with beautiful bathrooms including roomie tiled showers and bidets. Lots of outlets thoughtfully place for easy access for charging technology. Great pillows. Everything about the rooms was well designed Warning, its also very popular with bus loads of tour groups, so try to get to meals before a huge group sweeps in on it, the breakfast buffet was like watching ants at a picnic ...

Amazing hotel with amazing staff! Would easily stay again. Our room was huge with lots of space the bed was very large as well. However the TV was not great only had a few channels that actually worked but spoke to the reception about this and they are to bring a new system in soon to get a better channels for their clients. Shame only indoor pool as well because they is a huge space on the roof or in the back that could have an out door pool which would complete this amazing hotel! I will be staying here again on next visit to Portugal

My wife and me used the hotel as a base to visit this town and the surrounding area. Modern hotel with ample free parking, pool, jacuzzi etc. tennis court and facilities for golfers (pitch & putt).The continental breakfast was good. We eat in the restaurant one evening. The menu and wine list was reasonable both in price and selection. I must say the quality of the meal was very good but because so few were using the dining area it lacked atmosphere. Our only gripe was the bed was very firm (and we like a firm bed) to the point of being uncomfortable, thus not a good nights sleep.All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
