Fabulous bed, very attentive staff.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing location. The spa is fantastic, and staff in this part of the hotel is so lovely and helpful. Waiting staff somewhat inexperienced. Very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Rooms are traditional and slightly dated, but very fresh and clean.

It is a great hotel. Felt very safe and it was lovely and quiet!

Our group really enjoyed the spa facilities. Wonderful pools & saunas. The location next to the Baltic was amazing. We visited both the public & private docks to jump into the sea water. Restaurant food was excellent. However, while the hotel was very nice, they do not have air conditioning. Rooms were very warm. Staff did supply a fan but an investment in HVAC should be considered.

Nice hotel, preorder massage if you want that, ( we had 3 days stay with 3 days waiting for next available massage appointment.
Super breakfast.
Lots of parking, even with a trailer, sweet employees. We would easily come back.

My wife and I had a great stay. We got lucky and were able to check in earlier. The spa and saunas are wonderful. They had some hydro jets in certain areas as well as dry and wet saunas. Cold plunge and jacuzzi outside. Breakfast was delicious as well as snacks we got for lunch and dinner. Just a wonderful place to stay if you are staying in the hotel for the day to enjoy the amenities.

This was a lovely place to come and relax. I misunderstood when booking as it indicated that guests had access to the spa, but didn’t state that there is a daily charge. Luckily we had opted for evening spa access as part of our booking, but this is when you would have dinner so unless you eat very early you can’t make full use of it.. Both the restaurant and bar area were lovely but limited menu in each. The whole place was immaculate, and staff were friendly and helpful. The small private beach was beautiful.

What a great place; very sadly our lovely stay was cut short due to our flight home being cancelled, but we absolutely loved Kurshotel Skodsburg and will definitely return! It was recommended in a review in the Sunday Times so I am very glad that review was made as Im not sure we would have found the hotel otherwise. It was the perfect antidote to city-busy; loved the seaside location, the staff were impeccably polite and helpful, just lovely staff both at reception, in the bar and in the spa. Our room was huge and the spa was to die for. Loved the cool and fresh outdoor spaces as we sat outside on a lovely warm evening. What a place! Cant wait to return. Oh - and the breakfast was second to none. Delicious.

Nice hotel, great friendly service.
However, the hotel building is in need of a general refurb / lick of paint and the rooms could do with a design update incl. a mini-fridge in the room with complimentary water for guests. The spa should be restricted to adults only.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Only complaint is both showers in the bathroom were in dire need of descaling; very little water came trough. I had expected much better in this type of hotel

Such a lovely place near the sea and in cozy surroundings. Really helpful staff and all seem to be in perfect order. Highly recommendable. During winter/christmas season they light up both in- an out-door, to get all in the right mood...

The mansion is nice but getting outdated. The spa was disappointing, several of the sauna were not on and bathing suits are required. The gym is very small and poorly ventilated, windows open is the technique. There is only one restaurant with limited choices and there is nothing to do in the area.

This place was amazing. The facilities were fantastic! The spa is top notch. Make sure to sign up for the saunagus early. It fills up.
It’s in a suburban neighborhood, so don’t expect anything to be within walking distance.

Lovely surroundings and a very nice room.
However, I don't either need or expect 100 % attention but here the guests, at several occasions, more seemed to be a surprise for the staff.
The dinner we had was average, not value for the money.

Our recent getaway stay at a hotel was far from the relaxing time we were hoping for.
Despite paying a premium price of 3700,- DKK for just one night, our stay was plagued with issues that could have easily been resolved. At check-in, our room wasn't ready and we had to wait an hour before gaining access. When we finally got to our room, we were disappointed to find twin beds instead of the double bed we had booked in a superior room with sea view. Despite explaining the issue to the receptionist, they were unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the problem.
The situation was eventually rectified after multiple interactions with the staff, but the process was stressful and left us feeling frustrated. At checkout, the clerk offered a discount, which was later overridden by a colleague. This, along with the staff's dismissive attitude, left us with a bad taste in our mouth.
We spent over 8,000,- DKK in just 24 hours, but the staff's lack of interest in providing good customer service made us feel as though our money wasn't valued. Our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory, and we wouldn't recommend it. Instead, we would suggest seeking out a hotel where you'll be treated like a valued customer.

The rooms were very small and expensive. The mattresses slipped off the beds. The staff was not very friendly and everything was extra

the location specially sea side view is excellent.
however , the only problem we faced the bed , we were two and we got two single bed joined.

The stay was a gift to our daughter (for her konfirmation) and we had looked forward to dining at the hotel restaurant, which is high quality. When we checked in, we asked to have a table reserved, but we were told that it was fully booked.
We were told we could dine in the foyer (which has its own kitchen), but bar snacks and meals don't cut it, when you had planned on a 5 course meal and wine menu. The receptionist shrugged and told us that there were some restaurants about a 15 drive from the hotel. She seemed disinterested.
We ended up finding sticks and sushi om Google maps (at Rungsted) and the service there was better than at the hotel.
Later during the stay we were told that we should have booked directly on the hotel website so we would not miss out to recommendations (such as booking a table).
The spa was also fairly crowded - and perhaps not worth the additional 900 kr we had to pay.
Besides the lack luster service, the rooms were tidy and nice and the breakfast was good quality.

We stayed here for our honeymoon right after our wedding and it did not disappoint. We were not able to check in early (but that's our fault for assuming we would be able to and booking a flight that got in so early) but they offered passes to the spa for us and the lounge was extremely comfortable. Our room was a dream with a view of the sea and we loved everything from the morning breakfast through the spa and cocktails. Truly a great place to unwind, relax and recover. There is also a wide network of parks and paths close to the resort and easy walking distance from the train.

Beautiful hotel with even more beautiful surroundings. Dyrehaven and the lovely mansion-like villas by the seaside, a true fairytale! And a splendid view from the seaside room with balcony. Some misunderstandings when checking in. Other than that a very beautiful stay.

Very pretty location. Nice spa and fitness area. The overral feeling is a little old and well used, need som upgrade. Not the best cleaning of the rooms, we complained but nothing happend. Skodsbord is a nice and charming small town located just 20 min outside of Copenhagen.

I gave this stay to my parents and they loved it.
Unfortunately there was a lot of construction in the hotel at the moment, which was not communicated to me prior to the booking. I would have expected that from Skodsborg Hotel.
