Food and room service was excellent . However room did not have acrive cable cinnection despite placing multiple requests . Fan regulator was misisng . Front office staff could be more receptive to guest requests . Final billing was delayed

The staff was exceedingly helpful during the whole of our stay. Our room was HUGE!, and we had a nice-sized fridge, a large kitchen counter, large bed, a dining room table for 4, a comfortable couch and plenty of room to move around. The street was quiet and I had a reasonable view to the street. If I was to return to this area, I would definitely return.

Great location, accessible to prime areas in less than 10 minutes. They could use better service when an extra bed was requested. In our case, there were limited comforters / pillows for the extra bed, even when requested.

I have stayed here a few times and while the staff are unfailingly nice, helpful and professional, the rooms are getting worse and worse. This time the fabric on the chairs was badly ripped with the filling showing, water stains down the wall, sink slowly coming off the wall and the towel rail doing the same. Dont start me on the degree in hydraulics needed to figure out to get a warm shower - is there something wrong with installing a normal hot and cold tap? The shower pressure was lousy and between 10-7 no hot water. apparently guests are meant to arrive at convenient hours and not need a shower after traveling all day...When I first started, this was a solid 4 star hotel. Based on the rooms, struggling to get 3 now.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond expectations to make my stay great. Food was delicious and pleasingly presented. Room was clean with AC and WiFi working well. Location on MG Road was near great shopping yet rooms were quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend it.

We stayed two nights in Justa MG, opting for a non-smoking, double bed. Our room was upgraded to a suite - it was lovely. The staff are very helpful. Front desk very polite and pleasant, they were accommodating with our requests of early check-in. Breakfast buffet had decent options (pros:good coffee, eggs/french toasts and omelettes made upon request. cons: Food replenishment is a bit slow)The location is the biggest plus point.There were constant repair works going on causing noise but I hope this is not a permanent feature. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Clean and hygienic ambience. Complimentary breakfast is adequate. Airport pick up and drop facility available on charge basis. Check-in and check-out was done quickly. As a single lady , travelling alone, I did not experience any kind of discomfort. Helpful and friendly staff.

This is a 3/3.5 star hotel that punches above its weight and provides 5 star service. Biju, Mukti and the restaurant staff are wonderful! The front of house Managers (thanks Joseph) are genuine, attentive and just lovely. Although this hotel is tricky to find, it is worth the effort. I stayed for 10 days and I would happily return here for my next visit to Bangalore.

Great little hotel close to shopping. The manager was exceptional and helped us settle into a suite and also let us check out late.. The food from the kitchen and the buffet breakfast was very good and the staff very pleasant. Very safe and clean hotel.

We chose a suite as we were three adults. The suite had sufficient space and we really liked the room decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was quite adequate and nice. The location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again - thank you for a lovely stay!

Checked into the hotel on May 28th, 2015 and had to checked right back out. Was given a run down room on the ground floor with water leaking from the roof. Never again. Thanks to hotels.com got an immediate booking at Lemon Tree, Ulsoor. Stay Away from this hotel.

I will start with positive . The location is good apart from that everything is no no . The reception is so unfriendly and dont know what hospitality means . I checked in for couple of hours rest and all i got was half an hour less arguing about id card etc. They want all the guests Id cards even if you show them Id of person who booked they will not be satisfied . And Expedia nowhere mentioned that all the guest staying should need a Id card to check into this Hotel . The rooms are pretty small .

I booked the hotel online thinking it would be a contemporary new property with great room and other facilities. The hotel location was mentioned as MG Road, though it is slightly off MG Road, nowhere close to the main areas of MG Road. Was difficult to locate by the local taxi driver. Though I was alone at the check in it took me more than 10 minutes to check in. The staff was too slow.. The room was average, nothing to speak about. Bathroom was OK...clean but very basic and less choice of toiletries. Overall at this price we get a much better and contemporary, aesthetic room with good lighting. The aura of the place was very dull and so was the staff. Will never recommend to anyone nor would I stay there ever.

Not to mention this hotel wasn't terribly expensive either. Upon checking in the friendly staff greeted us with a fresh cup of orange juice and showed us to our room. The room had a very peaceful modern decor with beautiful paintings on the wall I almost felt like I was staying in an art gallery. The bathroom was very modern and up to date as well. The thing I was very impressed by at this hotel was the food. At this point of our trip we really wanted something that wasn't curry so we ordered the fish and chips and OMG it was the best fish and chips I have had in a long time! My only complaint is that this place is just a little hard to find. The hotel is tucked away on a small road off of MG road near the Trinity metro station. I really think they can use a sign on that road showing where it is.

I've stayed here a couple of times before and I find the hotel very convenient location-wise and the staff friendly. There are a few inconveniences - the electric sockets are only compatible with Indian (and perhaps some European) plugs and not with North American ones (dual-type sockets are fairly common in other places). The phones don't have a listing for in-hotel services because everything is handled by the front-desk (dial 9), but if you're not aware of this, you have no idea as to what number to call for the service you want. The air-conditioning and lockers do not work at times but the front-desk is usually good about getting things fixed. Finally, it is highly likely that you can walk up to the restaurant and not find anyone to serve you - you have to go to the kitchen at the other end of the hallway and ask for someone. Having said this, the hotel is a great deal and I will definitely stay there again.

We've stayed here a few times. It is a nice hotel in a convenient location in Bangalore. Next to the metro, walking distance to lots of shopping, etc. They have a nice breakfast buffet in the mornings. My only complaint is that I noticed that over time they are not being diligent in making repairs, things are starting to look pretty worn and banged up. I would stay there again in the near future, but if they don't get serious about keeping things nice I would be hesitant in the long term.

Spent two separate visits at juSTa. Reasonable rooms, reasonably clean. Fresh paint on the walls would help. Breakfasts were fair, nothing amazing. Overall would recommend and rate as good to very good, excellent would be a stretch.

This is a small hotel - i think about 45 rooms so the feel is very homely. The promptness and attention to service is excellent. Breakfast is good -continental breakfast menu in addition to Indian breakfast - a different menu every morning. The bathroom is dry - which is very suitable for me coming from US. Everyday they provide complimentary bottle of water when they clean the room. The only short coming would be the maintenance - 4th floor restaurant roof needs fixing. Over all very satisfied and will stay there again.

The Justa Hotel ended up being a great spot for my colleague and myself. We needed to do work from the hotel and the wifi access was fast enough and available for the full day. The breakfast was substantial and lasted until 10:30, which was great after an early morning meeting. Staff was helpful and attentive. Thanks!

It was the first time I have been to Bangalore, and did not expect a nice hotel like Justa. The front desk staff - Renuka was friendly, helpful and informative. The hotel is located at quite a central location where transportation are easily accessible. The room is clean.

Quality and service defines the stay at Justa Residence, It seems money has has been judiciously spent on the hotel ,whether it be a comfy lobby or nicely done rooms with quality bed linen, all this without being extravagant..Price to Quality ratio for this hotel is excellent. Look for Karthik at reception.... , very courteous and helpful and so is the whole staff..

Having been to India many times, I know the chance you take when staying in an Indian hotel. It is a roll of the dice. Fortunately, this was a good roll! Beds are great. Bathroom is wonderful. Breakfast very good and had a variety every morning, service personnel exemplary, location on MG road, room service with good food 24 hours a day and free wifi in rooms. Our only challenges were the sporadic Internet connections, no business center and no fitness facility. We plan to stay there again when we return in August

A group of friends and I stayed at the Justa for one night before a flight out of Bangalore. Our very short stay was excellent. We were all tired from several hectic days in Karnataka and Kerala, and basically only needed a quiet, easy place from which to clean up, wander to a few sights in Bangalore, and get some rest before an early flight. Karthik, the clerk, was extremely nice, setting up extra beds and cars to the airport for us, and also offering a complimentary breakfast on the day we arrived in lieu of the one we would miss the next morning because of our pre-dawn departure. (My only complaint about service is that the wifi was a little spotty, but it was cheap and we had it for 24 hours.) The hotel is located close to many activities; we walked or took short auto-rickshaws to tea, a bookshop, major shopping including Commercial Road, bars & restaurants, and the ride to the airport was under 45 minutes. All in all, a great stay for our needs.
