Because of my age, I have trouble with bathtubs. When I told him they upgrade me to the lux room with a shower very accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel locations. Great employees are great

The location was great, quick walk to dragon bridge and the view was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They brought my sister flowers to the room for her birthday and helped us book a tour the next day.

This is a great hotel with very warm and friendly and helpful staff. Room is new and clean, and adequate space. sheets and towel are clean and air-condition is powerful. Complementary breakfast is great with a lot of selections, the restaurant at 9th floor with surrounding windows give a great view of the city of Da Nang. Location is great and close to many shops and restaurants, and is about 1-2 blocks away from the famous pink church and the Han Market. I am not sure why the average rating is only 7.6, I would give it a 9.0 rating.

Vip room with corner circle glass windows provide amazing views of the river day and night. Very comfortable bed. Breakfasts had a great selection of local dishes. Servers where helpful and friendly. Grea location. Hotel is showing its age and luck of care in some areas. It is a 3 star that could easily made into 4-star by making some minor improvements. Few light bulbs were missing. Not a single surface to keep your soap in the shower stall, but the floor!? Some areas of wall and ceiling plaster are beginning to peel.

Just one night on the back end of a business trip, but fantastic view of the river and the dragon bridge, great area outside away from the beach. Everything worked well, checkin was easy (after at nearly 4 A.M.)

A perfect view and location, but bathtub was inconvenient, hotel owner probably set up the best jet pool jacuzzi but un-well maintenanced moreover just let guests checking in with that broken bathtub doors and shower. Upon checking out, due to many luggaged asked help to carry our luggage by bellmen calling 30 mins before leaving but nobody came up to help, when we went down to the lobby found 2 bellmen with nothing busy just standing at the lobby area, even though talked to the lady manager she just ignore and even did not say one word sorry and just talked to me to return an adapter which I did not see and was not even setup in the room, after put our louggagea in the boot of my car , did not give any tip due to They did do their job and I did not feel setisfied with their attitude, finally they push ed the door of car very strongly BANG! and just gone! None trained staffs this hotel at all.

It was very good. Da Nang as a city was a big surprise and add to that the location of the hotel. Great. Staff were very nice and helping in nature. Restaurant on the 9th. floor was good although with not many varieties.
