Location was awesome! A 3 minute walk to the Center to watch the lighting of the Christmas Tree, a block away from IL Corte Ingles and all the shops along Gran Via. The hotel staffs were the best-always smiling & pleasant to talk to, always accommodating, even helped me practice my Spanish. The reception area and corridors/walkways were always spotless and aromatic no matter what time of the day! Highly recommended!

A nice quiet hotel, with a comfortable bed though there was not enough space to walk in the room. As noted by others, there is no tea or coffee making facilities and neither can the heating in the room be adjusted. This is quite inconvenient. The hotel is centrally placed, between the shopping street and the old town and within 15 mins walking from the Guggenheim. It is worth getting breakfast at the hotel, only because you would be hard pressed to find something very nearby. All in all, I was reasonably happy with the stay but I would probably try and stay somewhere different the next time when I am in Bilbao.

This was a decent enough hotel in a rather sleepy neighborhood. Not a lot going on in immediate proximity, but pretty close to the train station and only 10 minute walk to Casco Viejo. Room was clean and comfortable. They were having issues with the elevators and key cards throughout my stay, which was inconvenient. I wound up simply using the stairs most of the time. Had to get a new key card halfway through, as they deactivated mine, which was a bit annoying. Good breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to old town and new town area activities. Rooms are comfortable and spacious; however there was no luggage racks for suit cases, no coffee maker or hot water heater in the room, and no Kleenex (they come in tiny packs, which we had to ask for over and over again!). There’s no counter space in the bathroom and bring your own Conditioner. Breakfast was great by the way!!!

Great junior suite, clean and quiet. Bar not well used in the evening so lacked some atmosphere. Breakfast not well organised with tables not reafy despite booking sitting. Reception staff very helpful though, setting aside a suitable parking space and organising welcome drinks in advance, on request

Nice clean hotel in a pleasant location. Staff is super. The only reason for not a perfect score is the room set-up. There is a set of four stairs from the bed to the bathroom. i am okay with stairs in general. But at night when I am still half-asleep, with the shadows, it is easy to miss a step. Also no idea why there are two clouded glass windows in the bathroom. When you turn on the bathroom lights it brightens the whole room.

Hotel in a very good location. Convenient for shops and a short walk to the old town and other attractions in the area. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful and responsive to questions, posed. On a negative note: A kettle for preparing hot drinks would be an advantage, especially in an establishment rated **** stars. Overall, a very good experience.

Comfortable spacious room. We ended up using the breakfast buffet as nothing was open nearby first thing on a Sunday morning and it was very good. Wish there was a coffee machine in the room.

Very good hotel with excellent service from check in to departure. Perfect location, breakfast enjoyable, bed extremely comfortable and room very well serviced including a reasonably priced minibar. Would definitely stay again and will use Sercotel again, a chain I wasn't aware of.

Great location in Bilboa. Easy walking to the Guggenheim and other Museums. Old Town is a short walk across the bridge. Shopping nearby & don’t miss the Plaza Moyua. Wonderful staff and comfortable rooms.

Great city centre hotel. But the underground car park can be hard to find for the 1st time and it is also very tight so may struggle with a bigger car or SUV. The hotel doesn’t have a bar area as such but more of a social meeting area with waiter service to the table or sofa. There is also an outside patio area I believe as well. Didn’t try breakfast as I had to leave early every day. Did try room service and the food was great. Would recommend and stay here again myself.

This hotel was immaculate! Parking was extremely easy, but you must park outside the hotel first and get directions on where to park… It is just a couple minutes down the road in a private parking We at the parking was great and hotels the service was great! The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. The only issue we came across was our shower drain was not working properly. We told the front desk who was willing to have the handyman come back to our room, even though it was a Sunday, but we decided not to worry with it.
