I regret staying at this hotel with my young child. The size of the hotel made stepping out of the room to sit in a lounge after bedtime or nap impossible. The room was entirely tile and I was not given a room with a tub (despite requesting a crib) so giving my child a bath was impossible, and if she got wet there was an immediate slip risk. Additionally, housekeeping left glasses within reach of my child, which one was unsurprisingly grabbed and thrown across the room and shattered (tile floor...). This hotel is not for families.

The property location and staff were amazing. There are so many dining options near by. We had a couple of issues including the tub stopper not working which maintenance promptly came to resolve. The room bathroom set up was very awkward with the tub being as soon as you entered the room and the placement of the tub was very uncomfortable for use.

Excellent hotel, and probably the nicest one I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Excellent staff, the workout room is essentially a full service gym with outstanding equipment. The pools are great, although a little cold. I will never stay anywhere else in Panama.

The property is stunning! The staff including reception and the bell staff are wonderful! The room was spotless! It was super easy to get around either by walking or Uber. The ONLY complaint I have that brings this rating down is the pool area. The staff was very friendly! But they just would not come to take an order at the pool! Maybe this is a hotel policy but if it is it should be posted. We had to go to the staff to place an order and when we were finished the staff would just look at our dishes and glasses and not come over. We are on vacation and paying a lot of money, we shouldn’t have to bus our own tables! Also by not coming over we never got to order additional rounds of drink which loses the hotel money. Without the pool experience it was a five star stay, with the pool it’s a four star stay.
