A good place to stay, close enough to the town to walk although its nice to have the option of free transfers in the evening. Only 1 jacuzzi working and outdoor pool very chilly. Room was a great size & the bed was comfortable

Very disappointed that we did not have our room cleaned during or stay. The towels were changed and that is it. Beds were not made, coffee was not replenished, nothing was tidyed up. For the price I paid, plus additional costs with the pet, I expected better service. The floors in the room were dirty as well. My feet were black from walking on them without shoes. Gross.

Nice hotel overall. The staff were friendly enough. The room was big and clean. We got a ground floor room. It was convenient to get coffee from the lobby, but I had to keep the curtains drawn shut, which is a shame because the mountain views in the area are great. The hotel is a few mins drive from the town centre, not really walking distance, but there is a free shuttle running from 5:30pm till late. There are no dining facilities at the hotel itself so we had to take the shuttle into town for dinner. The breakfast at the hotel was nice. Overall I think I may give it another shot in the future if I am ever in the area again.

We liked our short stay We did find that the pillows quite uncomfortable and inconsistent plushness or hardness. My wife and I switched the ones we had and had the same experience the next sleep. Otherwise place was decent.

This hotel went above and beyond to exceed expectations. The room was typical Best Western Plus (nice, clean, comfortable bed, etc) but the staff was really outstanding and the breakfast was absolutely the best. We were impressed with how the staff worked as a team as rooms were vacated.

We arrived from travelling for hours to the hotel. They had a power outage. No electricity in the evening and in the morning. We paid double the amount to stay at a place where we couldn’t utilize the lights, fridge, microwave, and especially the A/C. It was very hot and muggy in the room.

Great hotel for families! We enjoyed cooling down in the outdoor pool. Well stocked with towels and plenty of chairs and loungers for lounging or reading. Also a nice patio table area for eating outdoors. Our hotel room was clean and quiet and had comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this hotel in the past, and it became one of our favorites when travelling in the area. It's been a few years now, and, sad to say, the hotel has gone downhill a little. We were surprised when we approached our room and noticed that the door appeared to have been jimmied at some point, leaving the jamb splintered and unsightly. A similar thing seems to have happened to the bathroom door. There was minor damage around the latch, and the latch seems to have been replaced with passage hardware. It was surprising to be in a hotel with high rates for the area that lacks a privacy lock on the bathroom door. Everything else was OK, including breakfast. But it seems there are now nicer and newer hotels in Revelstoke with lower rates. We'll probably choose one of those next time.

Paid over $500 for two nights. Came back after 5 pm after a long day out and realized that they did not clean my room or refresh the towels. Front desk said that unless you ask for your room to be cleaned, it won’t be. No notice of this in the rooms. No restaurants in the area. Need to take a shuttle or drive. After driving seven hours to get there, that was the last thing I wanted to do. Included breakfast was good. Room was dark and worn and in need of renovation after 10 years. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice, new and modern. It provides a free shuttle service to downtown to more restaurant options - which worked out just perfectly! We’d stay again if in this area of the Rockies!
