Totally recommend this hotel as a retreat out of town. We had an apartment which offered a kitchen and living space where we could host the rest of our party who had smaller rooms. Great restaurant, spa, pool, gym and massage. Cheap Uber into town. Loved Bariloche. Awesome time.

Generally wonderful hotel as described, cosy rooms, great house keeping, delicious buffet breakfast. Sadly the pool stopped working half way through our stay, v little feedback from staff. Kids very disappointed as we’d booked hotel for this reason

Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of space in rooms, unfortunately heating old and broken making temperature control impossible.

We had a fantastic stay at Aldea Andina! Firstly, the male receptionist was extremely helpful and all his recommendations were excellent. His advice shaped our stay in Bariloche and let’s just say that we loved our visit to Bariloche. Also, we were lucky enough that the new jacuzzi and pool had just opened 4 days before our arrival and we felt completely pampered with a hot jacuzzi after a long day’s hike, utter bliss! I would totally recommend Aldea Adina.

Very comfortable and great location. The best the staff, Lourdes is very nice and in our case our kid has diabetes and they were taking care of having no sugar free food for him. Excellent

After travelling for a long time I was ready for a rest so booked myself in here for relaxation. The room was spacious and really comfortable. However, the advertising said that there was a restaurant, which there was not, the resort had nothing around it, so a trip to centro was needed to purchase anything as there was not even a convenience store handy. As the resort is close to 3km out of town that meant a taxi ride or an attempt to get on the local bus, which in my experience was always full by the time it reached the resort and did not stop. Walking was not ideal as it was snowing or raining and there is no footpath on the busy road.
The cable TV had no English channels at all, which is uncommon.
Despite all of this I loved staying there, just wished I had have taken all my supplies to start with.

A smart hotel on the outskirts of town, the Aldea Andina Resort is a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Bariloche town. Parking is available, but if you are without transport , there is a fairly regular and inexpensive bus service that can get you into town and back, from just outside the hotel. You do need one of those damned re-paid cards, and they can be difficult to find (from the Kiosks that DO sell them). Id recommend to the Hotel that they keep some paid up cards in Reception for guests that the Guests can either top-up themselves, or pay the Hotel for the usage. My room wasnt large, but it was adequate, and clean. Generous Buffet breakfasts are prepared by cheerful staff, in the spacious Reception area. The resort has well maintained landscape areas, and tennis is available for those who are inclined.

Nice hotel which is easy walking distance from the main town. Room was very comfortable but would to see another rubbish bin, as there was only one in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly - can give you lots of information about the town and nearby activities. Wifi had a few difficulties but I'm not sure if this was affected by the weather (snow and rain). Breakfast was nice. They also have restaurant for lunch and dinner. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Had an apartment for the three of us which was perfect overlooking lovely garden, plenty of space and able to buy food to eat in apartment. Not exactly lake view but you could just see the lake. 2 km out of town but not a problem - either a 25 min walk or taxi for 35 pesos. People at hotel really nice - some people spoke english and all really helpful. Overall a nice quiet place, try and get the apartments at the back as I think the front ones would have been noisier nearer the road.

Hotel slightly out of the way - possible to walk down to town but roads only have dirt pavements. Taxis are reasonable and frequent. Staff was very friendly and helpful since we needed particular attention as one of needed medical attention.

The hotel was a 40 minute walk from the centre of Bariloche so unless you had a car, the distance was very inconvenient. Our room was next to the highway and if it wasn't cars that kept you awake, it was barking dogs.

the only disadvantage of the hotel is its location- which force you to take a bus at 5 min walking from the hotel (the bus tickting system is also complicated with magnetic card and ect.), or you may take a texi which is will be heppyly called by the staff (10-15 pseos). everything else was great- the staff, the really big all include apartments, the view and many other awsome featurs at this site.
very recomanded to couples!

Even though stay was very pleasant, staff in general very supportive, a couple of fall backs: don´t expect a full service breakfast as advise and does not have sidewalks, so you will be forced to carry your suitcases to your roomsAnyway, cost vs comfortability works on favor of the customer
