What a wonderful resort! What a wonderful experience! We stayed at Q Premium resort during our trip to Turkey. It is a first class resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is beautiful, has a refreshing modern architecture with clean lines covered with beautiful chandeliers overlooking at marble floors. The sea and the two Olympic pools provided a great swimming experience. The hotel had great food with delicious tapas, salads, main courses, deserts, we had a delightful and tasty culinary experience. The entertainment programs outside were very engaging and promoted a friendly atmosphere, allowing every one from different parts of the world connect to each other and have fun. The inside of the hotel however was very clean, quiet, calm and soothing. Sound isolations were amazing between these very different environments. We had calm, restful sleeps after activity full and fun days. Our day trip to Side an ancient city, was arranged with the help of the kind experts at the guest relations. We enjoyed every moment of this most pleasant stay and promised each other to come back.

I have stayed 3 times last two times was ok this time l was shocked they don’t even clean my room they don’t even change towels also shower licking who working at reception night shift always asking me room number when I enter to hotel l don’t think I will stay there again

I barely complain about a place I accept what i paid for but at this property i am shocked to the fact that the room has a cigarette smell it is very bad I couldn’t sleep and my room is supposed to be non smoking room

The service level at this cosy little hotel was very high. We had a late change in our flighttime and had to fly during the whole night and arrived therefore much earlier than expected. The receptionist was very very helpful. He offered us breakfast and made our room ready meantime. Especially the guy with long hair showed a high level of servicemindness. Overall it was very good and i can absolutely recommend this for anyone that wants to pay a visit to Ankara.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Located centrally, within walking distance from shopping and dining. The property is a little dated but neat, clean and orderly. Breakfast option is convenient, but lots of other options with variety are available in the area.

Room as you see in pictures, however our room carpet could use some detail cleaning. Stayed 2 nights, no house cleaning, but got new towels when asked. Toilet self wash leakes inside the bowel. Needs some attention. Overall our stay was pleasant for the reasonable price.

We stayed here as a family. The website said up to 6 kids stay for free. We were charged for our 3 kids (ages 8, 6 and 3). There were remnant hairs and even a pine cone found on the floor of our room from the previous person. We were hoping for a family friendly hotel to stay in and left disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room and shower room was clean enough. But, the breakfast is european style which I felt a hungry after it.

Bad experience!!! Stuff was so rude! No one will carry your bags in and out! No smile! No light in the lobby! I got back at 11pm and receptionist was sleeping! No wifi in the rooms only in the lobby when i asked the receptionist he tried to fix it but couldn't! Breakfast was worse one in Turkey and they don't have restaurant for any other order. Don't surprise when there is an issue the manager will be loud and disrespectful abd will tell you different things at the sametime. Only a good thing was the rooms for the price. Good, clean and comfortable bed. Overall verbad service!

Cok memnun kaldim, tesekkurler.Large room, good price. Market across the street, mall within 5 mins. of walking distance. Even at -5 degrees (C), everything was within easy reach. The room had a cozy apartment vibe more than just a room. I was very satisfied, thank you.

There is enclosed parking area for hotel. Easy access if you are with a car. Staff very polite and helping. Bathroom clean and items and accessories new and working. But bathroom was tight and not very comfortable. But still shower was good. Price a little bit overrated, I think. But still this hotel can be considered as an option as it will provide good sleep and silent neighborhood.

Nice hotel. Good large rooms. Good location. Very helpful staff. Breakfast OK. Ankara was quite hot during the day while I was there and hotel air conditioning was not working.
