I stayed in at the resort for 8 nights, with my husband and 5 & 6 year old kids. I wanted to start off by saying my five year old son had gotten food poisoning on our fourth evening we were there. He was awake all night SICK and we had to stay in the room for the whole of the next day! And needless to say he refused to eat at the resort remainder of our stay. Which lets me get into the buffet area every time we walked into the restaurant to get our food there was never anything available. We would wait and wait and wait for the employees to replenish the food .We decided to get there early one day the lettuce was out but dressing came 45 minutes later, which is just one example. If we asked anybody for anything it was as if we were bothering them. Plenty of attitude from the employees, they would have conversations with each other and act as if we weren’t even standing there! They would be on their phone and when we went up to the bar to get a drink, they would sigh with discussed because we were bothering them! One of your employees was even standing there popping her pimple on her face behind the bar!!! In the buffet area, there was always food on the ground. One evening, I walked in, and I slipped on what looked to be a french fry that was stepped on and smashed from somebody else and almost fell. On another evening we got back to the hotel after eating dinner out my son was hungry so I told my husband to go get a pizza. (Let’s be safe, how bad can the pizza be) he went

It was good but I didn’t like the fact they don’t mentioned that eveything is closed at 11pm on the website before booking which sucks because you have kids but also adult at the resort that wants to enjoy themselves. If they didn’t want kids there then they wouldn’t have a smoking areas everywhere literally so I don’t get why drinks are done at 11pm
That was the only thing I didn’t like but the food is good and staff are okay

It's a great hotel specially if you have kids.
The internet was unstable in certain areas.

Really family friendly hotel that caters to all ages!!! The kids loved it and despite the great beaches in Curacao spending a day at the hotel us a lot to do with the slides and playgrounds. The restaurants and bars were great as well.
My only area for improvement could have been the food options for lunch and breakfast as the menu was pretty much the same everyday.
Overall rating 8/10!!!!

We had such an amazing time here! If I had to describe it, I would term it quickly, I would say that its the Walmart of All Inclusives. In that I mean that it has everything that you need there, but it isnt super fancy. It was just right for us and we loved it!
To be honest, we have never stayed at an all inclusive before. Its always been out of our price range. When we saw the pricing on this, we thought either it was an error (some all inclusive hotels list the hotel room but its just the room at a certain price point) or there was something really wrong with it. But for the price and the included water park, we decided to take a chance and we are so glad we did!
For starters, this is definitely a family friendly resort, not somewhere I would go on my honeymoon or anything. There are kids zooming around going to the pools, and isnt what I would consider fancy or romantic. I went with my 2 year old who really mostly hung out in the 2 kid pools, but the other pools were cool too. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the snack bar food was included, the buffet for all meals was included and all drinks (including cocktails) were available. I even had mimosas with breakfast every morning! The buffet was basic but hearty with plenty of options. (Only thing I would NOT recommend was the sushi restaurant).
The resort was clean and beautiful. There were plenty of lounge chairs. We loved the live music at night. There was a kids club as well. Rooms were very spacious.

A great location for your family to stay.

We visited there in May 2024 and it was a great season. Not so much humidity and no bugs. They have 6 pools including 2 kids ones and 3 big sliders. My daughters, 10 and 6 years old, really enjoyed them. After they slept, my wife and I enjoyed music night from the balcony. I strongly recommend to visit with all-inclusive. No shop near the hotel.

They need to work on their customer service skills. The ppl in reception ignore you, and the ppl in the restaurant go out of their way to make your stay uncomfortable. You have to pay for a bucket of ice, pizza that they said was free, and the food is horrible. Honorable mention to Vichisn and Billy. They take their job seriously.

For the amount my family and I spent on this trip it was not worth it. Staff was ok, property was subpar, Amenities were average.
6.0
For families with small children is a fine option
Rent a car if you want to move around. Taxi service is expensive and unreliable.
Food is okay.
Service is not what you would expect in other Caribbean All inclusive. Example: no one would ever ask you if need anything, if you want a drink, or if you need help carrying your bag 3 floors up stairs.
It has a very relaxed atmosphere.
The island is so pretty! People are nice. Natural, safe and welcoming.

Very few food choices for dinner and what was offered didn’t taste good. Staff was not friendly…very little customer service.

It was our first time on a resort and we really loved it! The pools and the food & drinks were all close by and it was not crowd at all
6.0
Good spot to relax and disconnect as long as you can deal with some slow service.
Great value for money plus the shuttles to beach and city is a plus.

Property was cute but food was not great. A little ways out of town, but close to beaches. Staff very friendly and apartment was very clean.

The stay was good, a little upgrade to the property would be nice but it’s a good all inclusive stay.

Buildings and pools are nicely laid out. Good buffet and shuttle options for beach. Family room was spacious. Snack options limited. Bed matress was uncomfortably worn.

There are no elevators on this property so if you’re on the 3rd floor, expect to hike up the stairs carrying your suitcases. They offered no assistance with this. On the first day of our stay, there was no water to our room for 2 hours so taking a shower was out of the question. When I reported the issue, I was told that this was common on mornings because everyone at the hotel was probably using water at the same time so there was limited flow. I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. The food was unappealing, limited and tasted poorly; we chose to venture outside of the hotel to purchase our meals. There was one bartender there (Jaydeon) who made excellent cocktails and was very attentive and hospitable. His service was the only thing that salvaged our experience there.
4.0
The stay was mediocre. I’ve never stayed at an all inclusive where there weren’t restaurants or food available 24 hours. The dining is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner only. The snack shacks that they have pick and choose when they will be open and when they are open they are out of everything. The food is not good at all.
The rooms are ok. A bit outdated. There was no hot water at night time and the water in the shower floods the entire restroom. One of my family members room was infested with ants and they wouldn’t move them. The pools are dirty as well. Oh and bring your own bath towels as they only have the drying towels no wash cloths.
6.0
The resort is very basic and that was great, the food menu needs to have a huge shake up because there was absolutely no variety in terms of Breakfast, lunch & Dinner. Our rooms were nice and clean and the AC worked great, sp great that they need to provide comforters because even at the highest temperature possible the room gets pretty cold at night. Staff was great, although sometimes they just need to be more attentive to the guests. Other than that the stay was okay, not horrible but not fantastic either.

I will never ever come back to this hotel. The staff is so unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. The food choice is minimal. The house keepers don’t clean well. They don’t say welcome or give u a welcome drink. They have you bring your own bags to your room.

Only one courtesy van per day to the city. That van overbooked every day.. hotel needs multiple vans.

Excellent Hotel

Nice and clean room. Too far away from main city and they could be more creative with food
