Ridiculously Expensive. Undisclosed remodel in progress

Doing renovations and the place is a mess. Stay away until done, way too expensive for the condition the building is in.

Lady at check in was not friendly. The hotel was going through renovations. I would not have chosen this hotel had I known. Ear plugs were available, and sack breakfast if chosen

This property is getting renovated but even with that the rooms were really clean and the gym was great too.

It is an excellent place to stay, and the rooms were quiet. I marked the condition down only because there was construction being done. However, they had plenty of signs and areas tastefully marked off that were under construction.

I like the toiletries not the tiny disposable bottles. Save lots of plastic. And Also like the gym room open 24 hours.

Everything was good at the hotel except that the toilet was too low and the breakfast was not as hot as it could have been.

Breakfast was very limited and not up to the normal standard in a Holiday Inn Express.

The room was nice. There was a lot of garbage under the bed that housekeeping didn't clean before our arrival but everything else was perfect.

Had to reach out to housekeeping to restock paper products and towels when needed not automatic . 2 week stay put my room in middle of construction area.

Loved the place, only think was the mattress was stiff as a board and there weren’t enough pillows for my boyfriend and I. But very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff.

Great stay for one night while traveling to Darby, MT. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and the breakfast was very extensive. I left my book in the room and they had it waiting for me when we went back before our flight!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was alright, if that, most of their breakfast food was lukewarm to cold. For what we paid I expected more.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. Unfortunately, one bedroom is private and the other is part of the common area which included the only bathroom. Fridge was a dorm style with a very little freezer.

It was “tired”. An old facility that was on the outer area of downtown . Would not stay there again. Staff friendly and helpful. But key to room never worked. We needed assistance every time we went to our room.

Typical hotel, average. Decor was dated. Had 2 TV remotes replaced neither of which worked correctly. Staff were courteous but no extra effort to be friendly .

Clean affordable. Dated interior and the locks to the room continually didn’t work. We had to get new keys 3-4x. Frustrating. (And no they weren’t demagnetized by the phone). The staff said they had this problem all the time.

No disappointment. Room was clean and quiet. The front desk personnel was pleasant. For the money, can’t ask for more than that. Will stay there again.

I want my money back! All night a compressor in the room below came on and in addition to the noise, the vibration was awful. Hardly any sleep and now a long day to get through. Room 228 should never be given out and it is a handicapped room!

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Was a little disappointed with the room. The carpet needed to be vacuumed better and the furniture was outdated and showed it had been used a lot.
