Limited opening hours at the reception. Minimum 10 minuters walk to closest restaurant. Parking on Street if any available. Only limited parking spaces åt the Hotel. Nice and friendly straff. Good breakfast. Was lucky to receive their largest room on 3rd floor. Nice large room but a bit "old fashion "

Wonderful old property excellently situated, walking distance from huge Mall. No AC when 90 degrees and a maze to get to rooms with no lift in main building. But, would recommend due to rooms and location.

the staff had been very kindly , the only thing i didn´t like, that the door of my room had been open after cleaning. Everybody could have been entrance, there was no staff near by.

Paid for a room that was supposed to include air conditioning, refrigerator for starters. we ended up with only a fan and the fridge didnt work and the ice machine was broken. When we asked about it at the front desk she didnt appear to be very concerned. Told us some rooms dont have air. Well we PAID extra for the air since it was very hot. Location was fine and so was the breakfast. We were just unhappy because we didnt get what we paid for. We left a note in an envelope for the manager but Im sure we wont hear from them.

Staff very friendly and helpful, Hotel very clean good facilities and excellent wifi (for a change). Location good Parking good. Overall very please with the hotel and would recommend to anyone staying in that area

We loved the charm of the hotel. The staff exceeded expectations, helping us have a package shipped with items we had forgotten at a previous hotel in Munich. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Only a couple of minor problems. We had two rooms, #19 and #14. Room #14 was supposed to be smoke-free but clearly someone had smoked a lot in it. When we inquired about moving, we were told that they only clean rooms as needed, to check with them the next day. We checked the next day but after lunch, so too late to switch again. We kept the window open to air it out (no air conditioning in this room), but traffic was a little noisy. Room #19 was a junior suite with air conditioning, but we did not need it as the weather was cool. It had a terrace that looked over a lovely patio. My only complaint it that the shower was tiny and drained slowly. We did have a light out in the bathroom, but they changed that promptly. The breakfast was very good (try the potatoes!). We had a car with us, but often had to park on the street b/c their parking was full. Close to a big mall with anything you need. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The all took very well care of me, as I arrived past midnight and in shambles after a traumatic travel experience. Nice little family hotel with all the facilities.
