Our sheets were dirty, like there was a body fluid stain in the sheets. We asked for a replacement which didn't come as a surprise for the staff. When we complained about it, we were offered a free glass of apple juice and nothing else.
Service was poor, we were choked by the lack of reaction to our issue, you need to specifically asked for cleaning. Also check your bill at the end because they tried to overcharge us for minibar food and water.

Was very nervous solo travelling on my own but all the staff at the resort were lovely! The resort itself was amazing and the food was to die for! would 100% recommend

My Daughter and I had a beach front cottage, it was beautiful, we felt it was spacious enough for the both of us. The restaurant on site was also lovely. All the staff were very friendly,. Thank you Lime and Soda we will definitely be back. Please say Hi to Andy and thank him for the lift to the Ferry port. xx

Great location, close to shops and markets with stunning sunset views.
Exceptional service from all staff especially the restaurant manager Bryon ⭐️

Absolute fantastic resort that has recently been remolded and transformed into a gorgeous quaint bungalow hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, the property is stunning and right on the beach. A few minute cab ride to the ferry terminal. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Booked standard really cute bungalow better than pictures .Room was little but cosy .If you can’t sleep with noises around than that’s not for you as you gonna be hearing every drop of rain ,birds and all the living creatures out there .Extra early check in and late check out ,great service from the staff .

Super chill place, catering to the backpacker and lively crowd, but calm and saw many older folks relaxing as well. Staff awesome, very helpful and kind. Budget luxury, in my opinion, but I spend a lot of time camping. Still, everything you could need here, great food, cheap strong drinks and walkable to night and day markets.

Fine for a night or two but the accommodation is an extremely basic shed! No safe in the room and when we asked behind recpetion we where informed there are lockers however the had no more locks for them!

The resort was in a very convenient location right on the beach. The staff were friendly and the food / bar was good. I would absolutely stay again. The only downside is the water wasn’t working on the morning we left which meant no showers before a long day of traveling. Friends who checked out later than us said it was sorted out reasonably quickly though.

I love this place, it was my second visit and in total I have spent over 14 nights here so I can give a broad review. I first came here in 2016 in the summer and loved it. Great pool, epic view, great hostess getting people to play ping pong etc. That was three years ago, its changed a bit now the beach bar is gone but they moved it inside. I think the pound is hurting this place as its prices hasnt changed to reflect this and to be honest I dont blame them. I ordered a large leo and it came to £4.27! That aside, it was low season so not too busy. The room was clean, the TV didnt have any reception but who cares, the shower worked, the toilet flushed. Its not the Ritz, I think some people think for less than £20 a night theyre getting the best. The bed was comfy, the Aircon was good, the WiFi useless unless youre in the resturant. If this isnt for you then there is an AIS shop selling Sims about 100m away....The food here was excellent. In short I will come here again. When I dont know :)

I have stayed here before and am sad to say they removed the beach bar which was the best part. Overall great staff but the bungalows need some TLC.

Lime n soda is an amazing hotel with a wonderful pool with a beautiful beach Just feet away from the pool okay food just a bit over priced considering it’s supposed to be advertising for backpackers, rooms are great and the WiFi is the best I’ve had in Thailand only downfall I have is that the showers are stupidly cold with no option of warm water

Poor standards, broken pool furniture, ripped sheets, shabby towels, dirty switches and remote. No fridge or kettle available. Sign in room, in English only, stating that no food or drink allowed in rooms, same sign at reception threatens a 1,000 Baht fine! Reception told me that I had misunderstood the sign. Nothing available from 11pm to 8am. No staff or security to be found after 11pm. Generally poorly motivated staff and poor management. Some staff tried hard within constricts, others need training or replacing. Breakfast is available from 8am, if you have breakfast included you must collect your ticket from reception each morning. Only one tea or coffee is included and service can be interesting! Renovation work ongoing from early morning would have been better done in low season. Asked to move after one night but resort would not refund or offer an alternative, although I gather that they also own other resorts. Air con broke twice and flooded the room and a couple of water cuts due to renovations on other rooms occurred.Ideal location and could be fantastic - but it really wasnt!

loved the pool and restaurant, good taxi service, short walk along beach to all amenities

I think the only good thing about this hotel is location, it is situated right at the beach & near the pier(10min walk). The Room ( Istayed at the Soda Room=Standard Bungalow) was very poor, smelly & tiny, just enough place to put luggage & walk to the bathroom. The fan was very loud & wasn't swinging, which wasn't helpful to keep the mosquitoes away. Check-out time is 10:30am! which I find a little to early especially when you on holidays. Breakfast was standard, however not buffet. Nice resort but needs lots of improvement.

Just the worst possible experience ever. Room was unsanitary and service was the worst. My room was small, payed a huge amount to get airconditioning, not food was allowed in room, and toilette paper cound not be but in toilette. At night room full of insects, and room was not cleaned for the 3 days of torture spent here. Electrical lines looked very old and in my opinion, dangerious.

On arrival we were greeted with a lovely lime and soda drink which was a great first impression.Taken to our hut through the jungle and talk about no thrills. There was a gap under the door so bugs could get into your hut at any time. The bathroom was more of a wet tiled room. Bed was comfortable but the hut was very basic, no where to even place your clothes.Good for a hostel, but I have heard a lot of the places in koh panghan are like this so guess it's good for one night!

The hotel was rustic but nice. I found the strongest point of the hotel was the staff and in particular the owner as he was extremely kind and helpful.
The rooms seem a bit rundown however I think that is the theme?
Food was good and at a good price and the bar was good fun prior to the half moon party.

Awesome setting with pool right on the beach, good social atmosphere and staff go out of there way to make your stay fun. I stayed in a standard bungalow which was fairly basic but adequate.

Room lacks a lot of things and prices are overcharged. But good service, a lot of outdoor activities and good pizza.

Hotel is nice and quiet. Very close to pier. But if you would like to party it is very far away from the beach. We rented a motorbike but the road is very long and dangerous. I wouldnt recommend using it at night esp when drunk. A lot of accidents happen at the road and everyone calls the scars as fullmoon scars.
There are better facilities at the fullmoon pary beach but none of them are on expedia because the owners dont want to.

This is our second time in this hotel. Its nice, clean, quiet, relaxing, fun, good staff, tasty food, We highly recomend it. Close to the pier, night market, weekend market and shops. The beach its not that good, but we were very pleasant with the view and the pool. Great sunset.

Lime and Soda is conveniently located close to the pier. Its certainly a good place to get settled after a long journey into the island. One must inspect the rooms carefully on arrival as there are several fees associated with damages and you can be subjected to them unless you point them out to the concierge right away ( this includes stained sheets specially). Must people can easily indicate you how to get there since its only a few minutes walk from the Pier. Staff are friendly though service and dining are below average. The maids will enter the room when you have the non-disturbing sign hanging on the door. The room I stayed was pretty dark, with no view and one wooden window but no net. The small bathroom had a rain shower over the sink and toilet, I got the fan version since I don't like AC and it was ok. The tie is very low during the summer months so expect to take a trip to the north side of the Island if you wish to go swimming.Overall this is a good place to land and get a nights sleep if you're heading to Bottle Beach and surroundings ( you must btw) but only a 10 min. walk from there at "Tropicana", you can rent a bungalow right on the beach with a beautiful view, in-room fridge and a huge fan for the same price.
