It was very clean and exactly like the pictures on the website I’d defiantly stay there again . The staff was awesome I had a trailer and the front desk rep came outside in the cold to try and help me find the best parking spot

Era la segunda vez que me hospedaba ahí, había estado unos días antes y decidí volver. Pero esta vez solo por una noche. Ya me había sucedido que el agua de la regadera salía tibia, llamaba a recepción y lo resolvían. Entiendo qué hay un tema de economía, sería bueno que avisaran en qué horario el agua caliente es bajo demanda, simple como eso. El desayuno es en verdad bueno, excelente comida y excelente servicio. Tuve que usar la impresora y eso fue sencillo y rápido. Mi queja ese día fue que solicité salir a la 1:30pm siendo miembro Honors, y la recepcionista de muy mala actitud me dijo que era imposible, que máximo a la 1. Al final salí a la 1:15 pues el agua a las 12 estaba fría, en lo que se calentó, se demoró mi salida. Al hacer el checkout, la misma recepcionista seguía con actitud de pocos amigos. Lamentable. Los días previos a pesar del agua tibia la había pasado bastante bien. Una recomendación adicional, en tiempos de contingencia sanitaria sería bueno poder abrir la ventana de la habitación, es peligroso y sofocante tener que estar todo el día sin que entre aire a la habitación.

We had booked a suite. The suite was not prepared for our stay, because things were missing like bathrobes or he coffee machines. Means we had to go behind it and this is not what you are expecting. The mattress of the sleeping sofa was very uncomfortable, so we had to ask for additional underlying blankets, otherwise it would be not possible to sleep there.

This hotel is small enough that everything is at a convenient distance from your room: the gym, the pool, parking, restaurant, etc. The staff was super nice. I was surprised to see so many foreign guests (I am Mexican), I imagine they have done a good job at international promotion. Location is very convenient to come in and out with a car.

Main reason I booked at the DoubeTree THIS visit to Queretaro with my family is because it had the indoor pool to enjoy, without the chance of relying on an outdoor pool with the questionable weather this time of year. And . . . We check in and see that the pool is OUT OF SERVICE . . . Freakin Great!

We were very impressed with the hotel. We just needed a place to stay before our early morning flight out of Queretaro MX and this hotel looked good and had shuttle service to the airport. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We would stay here again.

there was a lot of shopping in the Historico zone and we had a great time walking around. We appreciated the shuttle service provided by the hotel. We also really appreciated the help for our airline check in at Fernanda's desk. She really worked a while on trying to figure out why our boarding passes could not be printed. Well we figured it the next day at the airport so FYI to those that need to know that boarding passes from Areo Mexico cannot be printed unless you are at the airport. I liked Fernanda's attitude also because it was frustrating for us all and I kept asking her if we could try later and her response to me was " I like to help people". Simple and comforting. English was spoken when needed otherwise we did speak Spanish. Thank you all for our great experience there in Queretaro!
