The hotel was very good. It was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and the check-in was very smooth. The friendly clerk at the front desk provided an excellent restaurant recommendation. Couldn't find a place to recycle my plastic bottle. In the breakfast area patrons kept filling their large mugs with coffee...leaving breakfast patrons no coffee and having wait for coffee to be made.

One of the nicest places i have stayed. Staff was amazing. Very helpful. Even came out late one day for breakfast and waited until i was done before cleaning up. Very helpful staff with all needs. Four of us stayed gor 3 nights. All happy.

There are a few choices in Dickinson, so I will pass this by next time. On a first floor room the sound of the upstairs water moving through the pipes was annoying. I see others have mentioned the broken security door. So why don't they fix it. The star. are pleasant and hard working, but this hotel is below average.

We only had 1 tissue in the tissue box, so had to call front desk and they brought us a box. The toilet flusher did not work decent, the water ran and ran and the tank did not fill. Called front desk and she came up and wiggled on the inside and said it was okay now. It was NOT okay, as every time we flushed we had to wiggle something in the tank so the tank would fill and it would flush the next time. :(

Outside door would not open with door card so it was propped open with rock. Anyone could walk in. There was a large group of Hispanic workers staying here and they were rowdy. The dead lock on our room door would not work. The water from shower covered bathroom flower, it was wet and gross.

This was a great place to stay overnight or for a longer period of time. Beautiful, small comfortable room, very clean, great breakfast. They need help tho as I saw evening check-in people working the very next morning.

Room was nice, comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special. We stayed 3 nights. Room was never freshened up. Garbage could of been emptied. Had to go ask for fresh towels. Probably will not stay here again if we are in the area.

The room had excellent lighting, with lights above a large mirror along a long wall. Everything in the room was in order--no obvious dirt or damage. The carpeting was OK but a firm, clean surface, such as vinyl tile, would be better. The staff was helpful, but unable to fix the waffle maker in the morning.
