Design Hotel with amazing features and a lot of stairs. Check in is done at sister hotel Blue as well as a champagne breakfast buffet. Wonderful atmosphere access to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Easy walk from the train station for us. Can't wait to return. The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed. Thanks for a lovely weekend away. Only negatives were some of the room designs. There is limited space in the bathroom sink for things. The bathtub is in the room so the splash zone and border is next to the bed. Don't trip into bed. But loved the bed very comfortable.

Amazing staff! Very welcoming property, with all the comforts you would expect at home. Our room was very modern, yet personable - with an air conditioning that actually did air conditioning things! Again, the staf was amazing, attentive, and accomodating to our needs and requests! Highly recommend Manna to others. We will definitely stay there again when we travel to Nijmegen.

Hotel Manna is two hotels in one. The two hotels are separated by office buildings in the middle. However, you check in at a part of the hotel that you do not stay at - at least we did not. The two hotels only have one check-in and one reception. So there is a lot of back-and-forth walking between the two hotels. The Hotel Manna is a beautiful, turn of the century, giant residence converted into a hotel. The room is large, but very small sink that has no real shelves and a toilet is inconveniently and not particularly separated. There is no real working desk. There’s an area back of the television to set up, but it felt very cramped and with a chair that was not really appropriate for business work. Worst of all the fact that we were in the top floor and there were no elevators because it is a historical building. Our luggage was brought up to the top for us but every time we go down and up to five very steep flights of stairs. And since the hotel Manna, unlike its other portion of the Hotel Bleu, has no receptionist We had to bring down the luggage ourselves at check out time. The bar is excellent, and the breakfasts are top-notch. Staff friendly, but sometimes we called and the telephone would just ring and no one would pick up. A mixed bag for sure.

The room was very nice, in the part of the hotel where I was, I have not seen an elevator, I did not ask but if you need it, better ask in advance. It is the type of room that privileges design to confort, in my opinion e.g. coffee machine on a small table. Btw the illy coffe machine was very nice and with free expresso. Breakfast was also very good. My room had a balcony with chairs on the back of the hotel (manna side) but I couldn't access (only a window) and it was not clear if other customers could potentially sit in front of my window. Overall very nice.

Excellent stay. The hotel is great - the suite had everything we needed. Excellent shower and very comfy bed. The only downside was that there is no lift and there were 64 stairs from the reception to the bedroom. Otherwise we would highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is stylish and the staff are really friendly. My only criticism is that they have put style over functionality ie. there is no where to put your wash bag near the sink and some rooms don't have mirrors in convenient places. The hotel location is great and we would stay here again.

This was a really weird stay, I arrived at Manna about 10pm, they tell me I have to walk about 200 meters to their sister hotel BLUE to do the check in. It was raining and I was tired from my travel but I did oblige. Get to Blue for check in where I’m informed that I will get the key when I’m back in Manna and that food is served until 11pm... walk back in the rain get to the Manna where they tell me that kitchen is closed, at this point I’m boiling angry so they decide to re-open the kitchen and make me food. THE FOOD IS AMAZING, the STAFF DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO ACCOMODATE but then i’m Informed that breakfast is served in the sister hotel... so it was confusing and uncomfortable to say the least but the hotel is very comfortable and the food is the best food in all of Nijmegen. Next time I will simply book a room at BLUE where I am a regular customer.

Excellent hotel near the Nijmegen railwaystation, just couple of minutes walk. This is quite small but very cosy hotel. Staff is very friendly and ready to assist you. If you have a breakfast, so you had to go to another building. Hotel is not suitable for disabled person, because there were stairs, no lift or elevator.

The place was ridiculously overpriced for a small room with a random layout: you could see eachother while on the toilet through frosted glass, bathroom in room, small step to trip on, tv perilously close to edge of shelf.Breakfast was delicious though you had to walk to another hotel to get it..

Beautiful, comfortable room with a stand alone bathtub - heaven after a long night of travel. The staff are very nice and the breakfast is wonderful. Hotel wouldn’t be a good choice for anyone with any mobility challenges - steep stairs and no elevator.

Staff was ultra friendly. Room was quirky with a bath-tub in the middle of the room. No lift was a downer as the room was on the top floor. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was superb.

Manna is a brilliant hotel with 10 rooms in a beautiful registered monumental building in a historic part of Nijmegen. Design-driven, clearly with creative owners, green and sustainable and very comfortable but most importantly with fantastic service. Very personal so that indeed you feel you are staying with friends. Restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed the very interactive Chef in the open kitchen, cooking a perfect, tailor-made seafood platter. The food is delicious. Wonderful service too. One suggestion: focus the spot lights on the centre of the tables so that menus can be read properly (they are so well designed) and we can then also actually see whats on our plates and in our glasses... Espresso machine in the room is divine. Only suggestion there is to add a small ledge / shelf in the shower cubicle to put your shampoo and stuff on, and perhaps to add space near the free-standing sink in the bathroom (extra shelf) for yet more things and perhaps to expand the wet area black flooring around the sexy bath tub so to reach the toilet from the shower without splashing water about the room too much. Bed could move a little closer to the window to facilitate this. Excellent address and we will return as soon as we can.

The room was clean and bright, lots of space and most importantly the bed was heavenly comfortable! My wife and I had two good evening sleep there. The restaurant is also worth a mention. The food was superb! Love the chef's special course set, both meat and seafood courses were excellent, beautiful presentations, substantial and hearty and honest, not the type of pretentious food wity no taste but charge you hundreds of Europe in Amsterdam city. We had a fond memory of Nijmegen thanks to Manna. Will surely go back again !! :D

This is a boutique hotel and I regret to say this is not for me, overly pretentious in an attempt to be different. There is no excuse for not being able to brush your teeth without splashing your laptop. No tv guide and an imac for a television which had hardly any channels. Sorry, but never again.
