Beautiful boutique hotel, great service ,very clean . Amazing Breakfast , Great location. close to everything. Near the bus station to go to the beaches .Near to little Venice , Old Port All walking distance ! the only thing is the noise at night, like in every hotel located in Mykonos Town Centre.

The hotel has a perfect location, close to the iconic areas of Mykonos. The staff was friendly, comfortable room and nice outdoor space for breakfast. The only thing to note is that there is a restaurant in the hotel which gets crowded and noisy at night. But that wasn’t a problem for us as this was something to be expected at night in Mykonos.

Hotels.com says I will have room upgrade but I don't see that. And occupancy seems low now at low season. For other things, overall is very good. Breakfast can be better.

The location was unbearable, right in the heart of the old town, 3 minutes walk to the seaside and downstairs narrow charming streets with endless shops, restaurants. The famous local attraction of the windmills are 5 minutes away. Easy to take a water bus to connect the ferry in the new town. Easy to get on a boat tour to Delos which departs from the old town port, 3 minutes from the hotel. The only downside is that the shower room doesn’t have a shower curtain which makes the floor quite wet. But overall, we have great memories with the beautiful Mykonos .

Perfect location in the middle of town and close to the sea. Free transfer to and from the airport. Good choice at breakfast. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely small hotel in a perfect location to see downtown area, restaurants, easy access to ferries and buses. Jenny our hostess was wonderful and very helpful. The best Greek breakfast you could every wish for! Patio area for eating and where their dinner restaurant is needs furniture cushions to be cleaned (lots of stains and tree and bird debri) so not so comfortable to eat in. Drawback was the loud disco and street music from surrounding clubs so difficult to get a good nights sleep. Great location, very noisy.

Firstly if the check out is early they need to let people know before booking when booking it says 12 and when you arrive all they care about is you checking out at 11. Women’s a little patronising who works in the reception she would be better off in the army. Check in was suppose to be 2 but I was told 3. Again we pay and price and should be told before. Reception staff not friendly there are better options don’t waste your money.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. Super clean, spacious, comfortable with great bedding and in the heart of all the action. Jenny was an amazing host, from check-in to check-out. The Greek breakfast buffet was a real treat! Thank you Jenny and Fresh Hotel for a great experience!I would highly recommend staying here.

Delightful from check in to check out! Jenny is a wonderful host.... even carrying my very heavy bag up to my room.... much appreciated! Gorgeous room, great restaurant and fabulous music... very laid back. Highly recommend and look forward to a return stay

Jenny at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. We got to the hotel earlier than expected but we were given a space to store our luggage and change. Once we got to our room, it was clean and had everything we would need. There was a small issue with the bathroom but it was taken care of immediately and with a smile. Jenny arranged an excursion for us and was always available by phone when we had a question (or got lost). The location of this hotel is everything. It’s a short walk from where the cars can drop you off to get to the hotel, but it’s so worth it compared to the awesome location, right in the heart of the beautiful streets, amazing restaurants and shopping. You’re also a very short walk from the windmills, the water, and beautiful views.

The service was absolutely incredible. The receptionists were extremely helpful, friendly, and great to talk to. It was our honeymoon and they welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a room with a patio. It was fantastic. The hotel location is right beside Kalita, which is a fantastic fine dining experience. The hotel is also on a great part of Mykonos town and makes everything very accessible. When we had to leave the receptionist very quickly found us a driver to take is to the port. The service was the best part by far. The only comment I have is the shower situation... It's a very small shower and there is no door or curtain so water goes all over the bathroom and makes it slippery. We lined towels all along the floor.

Very Good... location is ideal... Breakfast is is good. It is just that there should be some facility to bring the luggage from drop and pickup point. It is a big task to pull the luggage with uneven street to the hotel and take it back once you check out.

Short version: great experience from beginning to end and would stay again. Detailed: The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful; giving us recommendations for sites and restaurants, helping us search for rental options (calling themselves for us), providing insight, answering questions, etc. Absolutely awesome people. Room was just what we needed: comfy bed, storage space, clean, free wifi and hot shower. Decor was modern and well-kept. Breakfast included and it was delicious. Also, it was available later than we are used to (Mykonos is very alive at night) so we could sleep in. Location was mere minutes from everything in town (cars are not allowed in town) and we walked anywhere within 10 minutes. Can't say enough more than we would return without hesitation.
