Highly recommend to book this hotel for your taipei stay!!it's just a 1 minute walk away from Ximen mrt exit 3 and it's less than a 3 mins walk to the famous ximending shopping street!!many dining options around the area and the famous make up drugstore is just round the corner with tourist tax refund too! Hotel is very clean and there is daily housekeeping too!we get clean room and fresh sheets every single time we returned to the hotel!!The room is not so squeezy as we thought as we can place two big luggages on the floor too!The toilet is clean with good water pressure and temperature!The toilet bowl is also the japan kind of toilet with warm sets and bidet!!!what a cool toilet bowl! The air con can be adjusted too which is great as we do not like the room to be too cold! The only downside is the noise insulation which we can hear the next door using the tap but we cannot hear them talking or anyone talking at the corridor so it's not that bad after all for the noise level. THE HOTEL SERVICE STAFF SERVICE IS SUPER EXCELLENT!!!!EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE STAFF ARE SO HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE!!they always tried their best to answer our queries and always greet us with a smile when we enter and leave the hotel!their service is top notch and even better than some 4 stars hotel that we stayed!!we are so impressed with their service!!they even help us to arrange airport transfer at only 1200TWD which is cheap than arranging our own taxi. i will go back and stay here again!!!

No breakfast but there’s possibility of buying breakfast from hotel partners. Conveniently location (honestly this is the best). Free instant noodle at night and in room snacks. The only down side is the sound proof of neighbouring rooms which one of the night went a little wild also room is slightly small but toilet is quite big.

The staff made our stay 6 star. With the laundry, free coffee and chill out zone, we could not fault our stay. I bit of road noise until midnight, but that was all. Would highly recommend to everyone

Our second time staying here but this round in triple room- it will be good if the room is a little bigger. All staff are friendly including the cleaning ladies. Snack is nice too.

Amazing stay at the CityInn Plus Hotel! Location-wise it is right by the train station and not far from the local airport bus station. The rooms can be tight however, from cleanliness to the hotel service everything was so amazing! The staff here were incredibly accommodating during my stay and I would absolutely see myself booking this place again when I am back in Taipei.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient bidet. However, as a Senior with knee problem, may I suggest a Walk in Shower instead of a high bath tub. There should be enough space around the sink.

The hotel is located within a stone's throw away from the subway and heart of Ximending. The front desk staff was very patient with our enquiries and helped arrange for airport transfer which was at a very reasonable rate. Though the room was carpeted, a little dated and small, we still managed to have a comfortable overnight stay.

The location is very accessible to dinning, shopping, massage centre, entertainment and night market. The staff always friendly and approachable. The rooms are cosy with brightness which my family preferred. This is my 2nd time staying with this hotel. Suitable for family, couple and friends.

Great location, 3mins from Ximen station exit 3. 5mins walks to Ximending, food & shopping is everywhere! Service of staff is excellent, only setback was the room itself. Not for light sleepers as the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbour closing the doors or if they talk a little louder in their own rooms... No cabinet, not enough hooks to hang clothes in the room, no hooks in the toilet to hang bath towels.. if they can add more hooks it will be lovely, I can put up with the thin walls for the super affordable rates... :D

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Room size wasn't big but the very short distance to Ximending MRT and all the attractions made up for it. Staff and service were incredible, exemplary Taiwanese hospitality and warmth. Would stay again for sure!

Walls are thin, so bring earplugs or a white noise machine/app. Area is a little run down but still safe. Certainly compared to the comparable Times Square. Modern rooms with maids that keep it clean but they also start early, around 8, so don't stay up too late if you want good sleep. No windows, so was a bit of mold in the bathroom. If you're staying long term, perhaps consider upgrading. If short term, not a bad stay at all.

We enjoyed our stay. The room is very small, as displayed on the pictures so no surprise there. It is very clean, and well organized. The common area offers coffee, microwave, and there is a washing machine. Location is very good, close to metro station and Red house district.
