Instructions to find the unit or not clear. The unit does not match the pictures at all in terms of decoration or soap in the bathroom. No shelf to put soap and shampoo in the shower. The couch kept falling apart and was not comfortable. Bed was OK.

Apt was as advertised. Clean and well kept. Front desk staff very helpful when I had problems with the agency I booked with, Windcave. They are the worst. I didn’t start my search with them but somehow ended up with them. In short,apt great, Wincave terrible

Nice cosy apartment with one of the smallest shower cubicle I’ve ever seen. This apartment suits guests who would like to prepare their own food and long stay etc. Not for a business traveller who is in and out. I will stick to my hotels where I can pick up the phone and make various requests etc.

Loved the stay here. Very central and yet quiet area. Apartment was clean, fully equipped, spacious, no complaints at all. Very good price for an August stay. Fully recommend.

On first glance it was fine. But everything seemed broken. The TV was super old and we could not get it to work with the two remotes provided. It was so hot I couldn't sleep. The balcony door was so hard to close, only my husband could do it and I am pretty strong. The toilet flusher was broken. We complained many times but nothing was done. We actually left a day early and paid for another room because I was so miserable.

The place would have been awesome if it wasn't missing small but important items. The kitchen had absolutely nothing in it, no coffee, not even a pack of sugar, no napkins or paper towels, just nothing. Bathroom had no toiletries whatsoever, no shelf of any kind to put your toiletries on in the shower. So that you have to bend down to the floor to pick up your shampoo at which point you bang your head against the glass shower walls and get your hair wet. The office never called us that the key was available at check in early, although they promised that they would. It became available early but we had no idea. Otherwise, location was good, near a refugee or ethnic area which we did not mind, felt safe. To get into the city center you must cross a nice looking bridge, which requires climbing steep stairs (not for old people).

Very clean nice property. Plenty of space for my family of 5. The neighborhood is quiet and there was a grocery store right around the corner as well as multiple restaurants. The train and bus stops were close by making our stay seamless. We highly recommend if you are visiting Oslo with kids or a group of friends.

Just a soulless business appartment in a bad area of town, definitely no place one would like to spend their holidays. Communication upfront was poor (just automatic standard replies), the TV was not working.

Will never stay here again and do not recommend. Booked what we thought was a nice apartment from the photos but when we got there looked nothing like the photos - false advertisement at its finest in our opinion. Had to get the keys from a different location than the apartment itself. Did not feel safe in the apartment with our child and left within 10 minutes and asked for a refund, the receptionist said that would be impossible since the managers had left for the day but obviously did not pass on the message since we have still not heard from them. I have never been as disappointed in a booking in my life.

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Was a bit tricky to locate the building at first but overall great location and walking distance from the train and bus terminal.

Shoddy furniture - huge sag in couch cushions; shower door has 1" gap thereby wetting entire floor, A bathmat should be provided event though the entire bathroom was flooded due to shower door gap. Shower drain is a hazard as it flips up out of position. instructions on how to work TV. Should provide minimum of everyday items - such as a roll of paper towels, a coffee filter, small salt/pepper.

The apartment that we got is different than photos. It’s a bit older and not enough lights. Also no soap or shampoo provided so when we arrived, I need to go find a mini mart to buy them. It’s clean property but just a bit old and yellow lights, so not enough lightings. Luckily it’s during summer so we got a long daylight. Communication is very good and responsive. Location is good too, next to bus station and at the end of train station too.

The apartment was very nice and the location was excellent in walking distance to many of Oslo’s best sights, museums, and restaurants. It was also close to several bus, trolley, and subway stops which it made it very accessible.

Property was well kept in a good building. A bit of noise early in the morning due to cargo loading. Just beside the REMA 1000, so very convenient for groceries. Fairly close to the railway station and downtown shopping.

Conveniently located next to the main train station, and connected to the harbour area by a unique bridge structure over the tracks (which also provides access to the station). While not central to the older city centre, the harbour area is an exceptionally well planned redevelopment of old industrial lands to new residential and retail/restaurant area anchored by the stunning new Oslo Opera House, and Munch Museum. Transit to all destination is available from the main bus station a few minutes walk away. The older city centre around City Hall and the main harbour is about a 25 minute walk from the apartments. Apartments are well appointed with furnishings, TV, full range of appliances including a washing machine, cookware, dishes and utensils.

The apartment that we rented was clean and comfortable. The location is great, with many of Oslo's attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. Unfortunately, we didn't get much sleep due to noisy neighbor were up well past midnight during a couple of nights during our stay. Quiet hours are established, but not well enforced.

The apartment was supposed to be good for the larger family setting; however, we arrived after the office closed and got lost trying to find the apartment. The directions were not good. We will not stay here again because it is too confusing.

While the idea of having an apartment makes sense originally, the process of arrival and getting to your apartment was disorganized and not communicated well. If you arrive by train you have to drag your luggage two blocks down the street to the office. Then once you pick up your key you then have to drag your luggage with you upwards of 3-5 more blocks to your actual apartment. The streets are mostly cobblestones and uneven pavement.

The apartment is clean and has complete appliances. The location is around 10 minutes walk to Oslo Central and 3 minutes to Oslo Bus Terminal. It is just 3 minutes walk to Grønland where there are plenty of Mediterranean and Indian restaurants.

I dont even know where to begin. Key pick-up out of hours. No phone or internet access so found a random person to phone. Collected keys and it was literally like escape room trying to get into ghetto. Rubbish on lift floor. Unless you like cooking in the dark, forget it. No soap other than dishwasher detergent. Feaces in toilet. Wifi password non existent despite instructions on router. Pillows like sleeping on a cactus. Overall possibly the worst experience in history.

Hei !! I enjoy my stay but my first view at the appartment was not so inviting , that was 2 s pare bed standing right in the middle of the entrance , blocking the way , i booked for only one person , so that was no need for extra bed.

The aparment was bit further away and on the ground floor. Floors were really cold. There was no view like in the pictures, not even if one went to the top floor. We were really looking forwed to the view. There was some partying at night. The bathroom smelled like sewer. I felt bit ripped off with what expected to have. If you decide to go: You can reach the office so, that you go back to the railway platform towards Oslo aiport. The info they send is not clear.

We rented the apartment for 3 days- location is nice close to bus/train and supermarket in the same building. Worst thing was a weird smell - like urin from a cat/ they cleaned it again but the smell returned. Also the hood in the kitchen is very noisy and the air circulation can not be stopped. Quite a lot of noise from the street in terms of busses and traffic. The parking in the basement worked well.
