Ocean villas is a quiet relaxing stay which is outside of the hustle and bustle of Da Nang central but is reasonable close to it at 13kms. Facilities, rooms, pool and restaurant is modern and pleasant you won’t find anything lacking in this department. We had breakfast included which is a more than reasonable price and the food options were great. For lunch and dinner dining we did choose to venture into town which is a cheap $200,000 vnd ($13 aud) grab ride into town or had Food delivered via grab which is common. Private beach was lovely also. Outside areas outside the complex aren’t walkable so if your happy with this style of stay then it’s recommended for families with younger kids that enjoy pool time and screen time in a comfortable clean hotel then this is a winner. We also had a washing machine which was convenient (but you need to supply your own powder)

The property consists of two areas, The Ocean Villas & The Ocean Suites. The picture on Expedia.de is of the Ocean Villas. The Ocean Suites consist of 2 high story towers. When booking through Expedia.de, you see photos of rooms at the Ocean Villas. We thought we would be renting a villa. When we arrived, we were surprised to learn our room was in the Ocean Suites. It was a two bedroom/two-bathroom unit, exactly as we booked but not in the Ocean Villas, like we thought we had booked. The room was clean, spacious, and included a full kitchen. The view from the balcony is less than appealing as you look upon a large construction area. The staff were kind, polite, and accommodating. We had some minor maintenance issues which were quickly repaired. Housekeeping did an outstanding job cleaning the room. The restaurant is located near one of the pools and faces the water. The view is beautiful! Breakfast buffet is good, with a combination of western and Asian options. Cappuccinos, lattes etc. can only be purchased at an extra cost. This was not mentioned on Expedia.de. And is very uncommon for 4/5-star resorts/hotels. Check-out was ok until the duty manager asked us to remain on the property until someone from housekeeping inspected our room. Our family has stayed in numerous 4/5-star resorts/hotels over the years, all over the world; never, ever been asked to stay on site until someone “inspects our hotel room”. Given the issues above, we will not stay there again.

Beach front villa is stunning! Very clean, fast shuttle service- never waited more than 5 minutes. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only negative was that the ice machine wasn’t working. It was late at night so we could not get ice from the restaurant either as it was closed.

The property was beautiful. I like the calm and quiet atmosphere at this property. Some staff members were friendly, some were not. I enjoyed the service of the gentleman who drove us to our breakfast everyday. He was nice and pleasant.I was disappointed with the front desk/reception members. They had side conversations while helping guests, which was a little disrespectful. Also, upon entering the master bedroom, I found a huge dead cockroach by the closet. Yuck!

overall was good and staff can provide good service . But the house was not that clean and also the bathroom shampoo design was very bad . the bottle not even can hold by one hand. i suggest the whole items must change as normal design. and for the public pool was danger ... the pool side can crush your skin easy and no clean sign show which is the enter .. it hurts our 3 family members from the pool include our baby.

Pros: Location: 15 mins ride from downtown (grant you quiet nights) and 30 mins ride from Hoi An ancient town Cleanliness : villa and the pool are very clean Cons: 1) Tide Spa has very limited massage options, e.g. Thai massage is not available 2) They charged on laundry bags which are always free in other hotels! There was no price tags or any signs in room telling you that laundry bag has a price (USD$2.5 each) 3) The pillows are too soft

Staff excellent and always trying to make our stay the best it could be. Villa and pool ok, however beds very firm and even with an extra topper not that comfortable. Room service ok, but limited menu and food often cold when arrived. Breakfast at restaurant very limited selection and food generally cold. Chef on egg station always great and other staff friendly. Located about half way between Da Nang and Hoi An ... not the best if wanting other dinner options. We checked out early after a week as needed more variety and options ... fine for a few days, however even shopping for self catering not easy.

Four of us stayed in a villa with a private swimming pool. It is a very quiet and nice place for relaxing trip as it is not close to the city center. I suggest travelers can visit Hoi An at night if they stay with the Ocean Villa, which only takes 20 mins by taxi / GRAB. It is an enjoyable stay.

This was a great place.... the villa was very clean and nice. However the staff was horrible. Check in time was suppose to be 3pm. We got there at 3:30 and my room wasn’t ready. Originally it stated my 2 bedroom villa could sleep 5-6 people. However when I got there, they tried to charge me per extra person. They said my two bedroom villa could only sleep 4. Then the hustle began.... they told us we had to pay 300 dollars extra!!! That’s basically double what I paid for already! After I told them I wasn’t paying that and wanted to leave, they said they would discount it to 200!!! It was ridiculous! After almost an hour of arguing with them they finally gave in. Then told me my room wasn’t going to be available for another 2-3 hours!!!! After traveling that long we were exhausted. Yet forced to leave until our room was ready. it was horrible! Worst experience ever!

We were here for a family trip. The villa was superb, spacious and comfortable. The service here was brilliant! We ordered bbq at our villa one night and the chef was great. The breakfast choice was good as well and had a good view of the beach. Only downside is that it's quite far from the city and there isn't much around the villas. The closest supermarket is back in Danang city around 20 minute drive.
