Great stay for a professional visit. The internet is real fast and the rooms in the main house, pleasant and large with big screens covering DSTV. A room was chosen with toilet shower (others have bath tubs). The house is a scandinavian designed house with ample meeting rooms and common rooms not to forget the gorgeous swimming pool, just next to the grape wine covered patina. The owners allowed no limit taking these delicious fruits.

Rates at the lodge are affordable with us sixty for couple and usd fifty for single for an international class room in the main house with own bath and toilet, dstv and breakfast. Also the rooms to the pool are affordable but less confortable with usd 40 for a couple. The lodge is situated close to Westgate Roundabout in HARARE. It is worth while to contact the owners before arrival and get the best arrangement.

During our one day stay, the staff welcomed us well. They were cheerful. We had lot of grapes hanging in the patio and we ate plenty! The beddings were not looking clean, and the colors of the beddings and curtains need to be looked at. There was no air conditioning in the room. The ceiling light had a "funny" lampshade hanging there!

Stayed in the Rooms to the Pool at SIMBA HARARE. This is my third visit and as usual almost half of the guests have been there before. We noticed that the guest house also attracts one timers, expecting the budget rooms they paid for to be like the more expensive better and pleasant main house rooms, they did not pay for. We have tried before the better main house rooms, and this time went for the budget rooms to the pool. These contain own bath and toilet, are a bit small, but charming for the ones, like us, that likes the entrance covered with grapes. The pool area is just nice.

As a business traveller it just went smooth. Airport pickup and transport to SIMBA HARARE, evening dinner with impala and then work all night using the excellent internet connection. For a professionel within equipment sale, SIMBA HARARE offers what is international standard at cutting edge low prices.

The pictures for this property are deceptive. I was put in what seemed like an illegal unsafe structure. Rats were running in the ceiling all night and there was no hot water in the morning.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful.Generaly tricky to get to for there are no clear signs to the hotel . Once there it offered a relaxing atmosphere even agreed to cook our dinner.A bit out of town but served the purpose of my visit. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Simba Hotel

The facility is good. Power supply is not reliable, but its a location issue (Harare), not management issue.

I enjoyed my stay here thanks to the great service provided by the staffs and very friendly owners. We were served very nice dinners and we dined together with the owners. The lodge is well-managed and guests are served as family members. I enjoyed discussing with them from culture to politics for different parts of the world. I wish to return to the place in future for the dinner-table discussions with a glass of wine.
