The location and price were very good. The staff was very nice and efficient. The bed spread seemed a bit dirty and the shower drain was clogged

This was a very clean place with air-conditioning and a very nice staff. Beautiful windows overlook the busy streets below and offer amazing views of the city. The location was right in the heart of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Because of this, it was quite loud. Rooms and bathrooms were a bit on the small side. İt has a communal kitchen that is well stocked with cookware and dishes but is also on the small side. Other than the kitchen area, there is not a communal living space for socializing or meeting new people.

Staff were brilliant! Comfortable bed. Not a bunk that you have to climb on! Will definitely return when I visit Madrid again!

Art, parks, eating and sleeping. Hostel is fine, breakfast okay, staff lovely!

Nice place to stay and comfy too the only downside was some guests who were Chinese did not know when not to make a noise at night The sound of a television on some nights too was noisy and got told off for speaking by a receptionist at 7am one morning despite some Chinese guests making so much noise it kept me awake all night Good breakfast, nice people and a great location with great places to eat nearby

Stayed in a private 2-person room. It was in a great location and the room was nice. The place is a little tough to find, so make sure you have the address handy.

The place is very well located, near the main tourist sites. It is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are clean and with locks (they even give you a key). The bathrooms were clean all day. The kitchen was well equipped, with fridges and a dish washer. They offer breakfast in a great schedule and a good variety of products. The receptionists are very nice and they are always available to help. I would definitely go back to this place!

We had a lovely stay in this centrally located hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful and a good breakfast was provided. The rooms were very clean and well presented with lockers provided.
