Nice hotel situated right on the river in the beautiful town of Aínsa. Hotel has a nice cafe. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice enough and clean. Would stay again if I found myself in the area.

Mattress super hard, like sleeping on the floor ! Don’t ask for parrilhada.. super hard meat. No way someone could eat! Bedrooms horrible decor and super small, and very confusing laid out in general of the property, people Not very friendly either.. not coming back !

The hotel was a disappointment. Reception staff were friendly and helpful but some of the bar and breakfast staff were rude. Some parts of the hotel are rundown. I would not recommend this hotel.

The triple room was a very small.one, below expectations, very small. The surfaces were bleached, in the bathroom at least, and the smell of bleach was very strong. No rule of respecting the others in place, as at 8am children were playing by the lift, shouting and waking everyone up, and waking up at 8am while on holiday is not something I wanted. Only one lift for both staff and guests, and with all.of our luggage had to wait almost 10 minutes in front of the lift, to be able to get down.

Upon arrival the receptionist, Anna, offered different accomendations once she realized we were a smaller party. The room in the new addition rivals any of the luxury hotels we stayed in on our recent 'high end' tour in Barcelona and Madrid. The Hotel conveniently located within walking distance to the old walled city of Ainsa. Anna speaks excellent English and was an excellent source of things to do and places to eat. Her regional knowledge lead us on a wonderful four hour car ride through the mountains north of Ainsa.

The new rooms are very nice and have balconies overlooking the river. I didn't see the older rooms on the other side. There is free parking in the lot and paid parking inside the garage. The restaurant food was bad.

The hotel is quite nice and very well located for the price but it is currently in renovation so I would avoid it for a few months. The shower definitely wasn't cleaned up before my stay but the rest was clean.

I came to Ainsa for a weekend of mountain biking and this hotel was a perfect base. They have a lock up for your bike and the staff are really helpful and can't do enough to make your experience ideal. I will be back.

Excellent stay, lovely location with views of the mountains and river. Hotel had a good bar, restaurant and parking for my motorbike. The staff were friendly and helpful.
