Nice hotel, beds were uncomfortable but overall the rooms were nice. Friendly staff! Would stay here again :)

Room condition worn. No ac in hallways (100+ outside and hallways were miserable). Insufficient ac in room.

Someone at the location cleaned the floors with muratic acid. I understand this was an error. But no effort was made to mitigate the situation. I tried to offer baking soda as a way to neutralize the chemicals. But instead I was faced with breathing these chemicals during my 3 day stay. Never again, horrible decision on the managements part.

The breakfast was okay. The staff was very friendly. The hotel looks new from the outside the rooms were less than mediocre. We were not impressed, but it was a place to stay. The beds were uncomfortable, it was muggy in our room, there were live spiders, beetles, and rolly pollies all over the floors, carpets looked like they needed replaced. We won't stay there again.

Our stay here was pleasant. Clean rooms, friendly staff and comfortable beds. But if you’re on the first floor beware to keep your curtains closed as cars can park right at your window. The black out curtains work well and too well to keep them closed as it is very dark in the rooms. Free breakfast in the am wasn’t too bad at all.

Front desk gave us a room just above the bar so it was loud and front light not working. I asked for a bottle of water and there was no stock

Awesome experience and stay.

The room we stayed in needs updating…water stain in wall, unfinished trim work in the room. It would be appreciated to have higher quality tissue and bath tissue for guests. The parking lot is terrible for negotiating vehicles…the event center has parties in 2 of the nights we stayed and left crowded and tight parking spaces for hotel guests. Breakfast was advertised to be available until 9:30 and on one of the mornings we went down breakfast had been pulled just before 9. The desk staff and housekeeping personnel were friendly…it just seemed they were short handed and/or unprepared for the amount of guests they were taking care of.

We purchased 2 nights in the double queen “suite.” The pictures were confusing, but we have stayed with this company before and had hopes that it would be an actual suite. It was not. It was an oddly shaped room than was just a touch longer than standard. The bathroom doors are sliding and heavy and sooooo loud. The breakfast was also terrible. We made plans based on the confirmed and posted start time to breakfast. This was 40 minutes late to be set out. And it was also terrible. I’ve been at $50/night motels with more respect for their guests. They just had eggs, oatmeal, orange juice and apple juice. No milk, yogurt, ice, pastries, drinks. I was pretty surprised at how bad it was. 2 nights for $360 in a fake suite feels like a scam. I would pay no more than $82 to stay there again. Terribly disappointing for our holiday travels.

Everything was pretty tidy and nice. Only weird things I noticed that our room’s shower door didn’t close all the way. The shower faucet was moveable and the toilet didn’t flush.

There was barely any hot water in the shower. Otherwise, the place was nice.

A little out of the way, but a nice, new hotel. Very clean. Staff was super friendly. Good breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Room is spacious. Will stay again when back in Enid.

Not a lot the hotel can do about it but they have a large number of oil field workers that come into the hotel with with lots of red dirt mud on their boots. other than that, the hotel was in good repair, comfortable and our room was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed.

Hotels.com charged me for 2 rooms for 1 night. The hotel said they only got 1 room reservation and charged my card for another room. Hotels.com blames springhill suits in enid ok. Springhill suits blames hotels.com. Neithet one is taking responsibility for double charging me and Neither one is regunding my money

Not enough handicap parking, my daughter has a broken ankle. Had to wait a moment for the lady at desk to finish texting to help me let alone ZERO greetings. Stayed in room 232. Bathroom where toilet is, i have no Idea what that concept is for. And at the other end was a shower tub and normal size sink. Walls had smears or dirt and grime all over especially in bathrooms. Some sort of remodeling looks to have been done horribly. Breakfast was appreciated, what would have been AMAZING is coffee in the 4 coffee containers during breakfast. The front desk lady knee several of us were looking for coffee and did nothing to assist. The absolute worst was the god forsaken "bar" in lobby that is so loud and rowdy with people. When you have been on the road all day and obviously are from out of town the last thing my family needs to see ir hear is a damn loud bar with yelling and horribly loud music
HOTEL DEFINITELY NEEDS TO THINK ABOUT THINGS.

The property and rooms look nice at first glance, but it’s deceiving. The hotel and our room had a musty smell. There were dead roaches on the floor near the pool. We also found mouse feces under the mattress in the trundle bed. Our sheets also had stains. We covered it up with extra sheets but felt a bit uncomfortable. All in all the location wasn’t bad and the room was nice looking, but dirty.

Very clean room and super comfy bed. We felt right at home. The layout of the room was nice as my daughter could do her homework on the desk or couch. The lighting in the room was perfect, so many options. A lamp and another by the desk as well as reader lamps by the bed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Original suite's ac and refrigerator didn't work, when trying to find a different room was offered a normal room that was significantly smaller. Had to settle in a smaller only to find rat poop and traps in the pull out bed. The advertising on Hotels.com said there was a pool but it was out of order and staff did not notify when i picked up my room keys.
(Had photos but upload function wasn't working)

Pool broken
They won’t tell you tell your checked in
Even over phone they say pool is open but it’s not it’s empty

The bed was good. It had a trundle bed, when we pulled it out we noticed mice droppings and food on it. We went down for breakfast the next day there were ants crawling on what little food they had available.

2nd time to stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Staff was great. Inside was clean and quiet. However, we did have insects show up in the bathroom. Outside I did see they had poison in the front and back of the building but nothing on the sides. The outside of building needs some repairs especially on the outside sitting areas. Also need butt cans for smokers. Had to throw mine on the ground. But overall it was a good stay.

Room could have been a little cleaner, the young lady working the bar was extremely rude, spent most of the evening flirting with a couple of guys at the end of the bar, other guests and myself had to wait a good while to get drinks or refills. Usually I stay here for the bar and service but not anymore. Will be looking for a new place to stay when I come to town. Beds are ok, not super comfortable but overall rooms are nice, service isn't.

I stayed for two nights. The first night my room was on the bottom floor by the side exit. There was a storm that night and the hotel is on the west edge of town by a field. There were a lot of bugs, black beetles (alive and dead) in my room the next morning. I killed three of them and a cricket before I found all the dead ones around the baseboards of the entire room and around the bed. The front desk changed my room but never did apologize or offer anything other than the room change. The next morning I found a spider in my bed. Very disappointing stay.

The staff was friendly. The room fit our needs great. I do wish there would have been a hot tub in the pool area.

Everything was great. I'm not a fan of hotel beds in general but the bed here was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. The only negative was the layout in the room. They had the TV in a very inconvenient place. You couldn't really watch TV from the bed very easily and the couch was uncomfortable so you don't want to sit on the couch to watch TV.
