Unbelievable facility. The gym was great make sure to visit

This property was lovely! Breakfast was included and it was brought to our room every morning on a tray. You are able to choose your breakfast time and make selections for the continental breakfast which include cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juices, etc. The block was very quiet around the hotel and had a convenient parking lot behind the hotel. Hotel was in the historic section of Wooster and walkable to all the cafes, restaurants and shops.

If you make a reservation, check out the room. They are not all the same size. I was disappointed we did not get a suite.
4.8
They were very accommodating with our late arrival. Offered us water and snacks. Very clean. Rain shower was lovely.

Fantastic small boutique hotel in a terrific small town!
4.8
Lovely room and building, great location, but housekeeping never came during our stay - the bed was never made, towels and supplies were not replenished.

Great except for painfully slow elevator

This is a small hotel within easy walking distance of all of the restaurants and bars in the downtown area. The College of Wooster is a 20 min walk or five minutes by car.
The hotel kept the original brick work and modernized the rooms a bathrooms. Our bathroom was huge with a walk in shower which would fit five people.
4.8
it was a small but very optimized hotel, modern, clean and staff was friendly and i did like the service. Breakfast was served hot and had all that i requested for my husband and I. we booked the deluxe sweet I believe and we actually really like the layout of the bathroom...there was a tv in the bathroom mirror...gasp. that was the most shocking about our experience in the hotel. But besides that, we will be coming back. Thank you!

This was the first night we spent together as a married couple. The amenities were beautiful and the service was impeccable. We plan to return in the future. We loved the private hot tub and balcony.

Reception was excellent. Super friendly. Great recommendations for dinner. Great location in town. Really cute place

We enjoyed our stay here for my daughter’s state tennis tournament. The hotel is beautiful! The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

TV never did work correctly - even after we asked the front desk to assist (could hear it and get the guide, but could not get a picture). You'll have to ask the front desk how to operate the shower too (unless you're much more engineering inclined that we are). It took us 20 minutes to figure out the shower even WITH the little instructions they provided. Very comfy, nice staff - plan on 15 extra minutes if you use the elevator - extremely SLOW!

The price is a bit high for the value that is given in exchange, but the hotel is cute, very clean, and quiet. The staff also is very nice.

Nicely updated hotel. Liked being able to walk around town while leaving our car at the hotel. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.

A jewel in Diwntown Wooster

The hotel was very lovely and comfortable. They have a very nice deck in the rear. We wanted to sit outside for the evening, but the mosquitoes just swarmed and we had to go inside, which was disappointing as it was such a nice evening.

Front desk is supposed to close at 11:00 pm; I received a call at 10:30 asking where we were (at a show) because the attendant wanted to close up. We arrived at 10:45 pm., to find out that the elevator had been out for months. I have mobility issues and this was bad news, as all of the hotels rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The attendant had worked there for 3 days and had never checked anyone in. When she presented us with a credit card form (we had booked thru Expedia and had given all that info already) for “extras” (there aren’t any at this hotel), I asked her to call her manager. Who was completely unavailable. Given that the attendant was becoming distressed, I reluctantly signed the form. Parking was around back in a lot, with back entry to the building. We shlepped our luggage up two flights of stairs to our room. The room was decorated in vaguely Swedish modern. Furniture was slightly worn, the room more so. Broken slats in window blinds. Closet inaccessible unless you moved the coffee table. Bed was comfortable enough, but mattress relayed (and magnified) every move by the other person. Bathroom beautifully and completely redone and had plenty of room for storage and extra towels. Chip in ceramic top of toilet. Suite was clean. Three TVs, including one in bathroom. Street noise was there, but minimal. Refrigerator was cold. Lovely! There was no check-out process as the final bill was slid under your door during the night. Manager still missing in action.

Wonderful place. Great staff.

The room was beautiful. The staff friendly. The breakfast served to the room was a pleasant surprise. The noise level from
Outside the hotel well it was loud

Didn’t like the noise of the bar next door, we could look out our window and see the bar and it’s patio with noisy patrons nightly. Appreciated the friendly hotel employee’s, as they were very courteous and accommodating.

This was a great hotel can’t wait to visit Wooster and stay here again! The room was gorgeous, the shower was amazing and the bed, esp the pillows were so soft and comfortable it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. This hotel is also very quiet so all In all a very relaxing experience.

Adorable lobby. Rooms were uniquely remodeled with the perfect mix of vintage and modern. The employees were super kind, friendly and helpful. I overheard the hotel housekeepers were short staffed but our room was still impeccably clean and they were able to get us into our room early. Convenient parking and walking to shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing. Just stay here. It's really nice. The heated bathroom floors are a major plus

What a great stay. Perfect location. Beautiful, clean room. Very friendly staff. We will be back. The only thing to be aware of is due to its location you will get some street noise.
4.8
Beautiful place to stay. Everyone was very friendly. Neat building.

Great stay at the St. Paul Hotel Wooster! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious yet cozy for time spent working and relaxing at the end of the day. We loved the passively heated floors in the well appointed bathroom.
Location is fantastic. Great coffee shops and restaurants within a very short walk. 5 minutes to College of Wooster. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to the area.

Nice hotel and friendly staff.

I was unable to stay. Arrived at 11pm. Hotel was locked and no one was at the desk. The provided number went to a voicemail. Really nice place from what I saw.
4.8
This was one of the best places I ever stayed !
4.8
The room was spacious, definitely could’ve utilized a king sized bed instead of a queen. There was no remote for our tv so we had to ask the staff for another and then program it. The mini fridge made a terrible clacking noise all day and night so we had to turn it off. The town has some cute restaurants and shops and it was nice to not have to pay for parking.

The property is beautiful and conveniently located in downtown Wooster. We have always wanted to stay here and decided to splurge on our wedding night. Was disappointed that the rainfall shower was marked "out of order", the hot tub wouldnt shut off and we had to have the young overnight desk clerk come up (he was new and had no idea what to do. He pushed a bunch of buttons even though the sign clearly says not to push ANY buttons. He ended up saying just let it run, which was noisy). The bar patio is right below the deck where the hot tub is and their patrons were quite loud. Lastly the Keurig didnt work right. We dont regret staying. It was a lovely room with great heated floors in the bathroom, nice brkfast in bed, but for the cost it just wasn't what we expected -especially on our wedding night.

We will return. Such a beautiful hotel, convenient downtown location, and kind staff!
