It seems nice from the outside but is about it. The hotel has a very musty smell and the rooms a.c. made us unwell when we stayed the night. Luckily it was only the night we stayed.

I stayed here many times before Covid. I couldn't come for 4 years because of Covid, but I could finally this time. Very clean, super friendly staff, good place and price. I stayed 5 star hotel near Conish before. But much better than 5 star hotel here. I recommend this hotel for all people. And I'll stay this hotel soon again, inshallah.

The management was disjointed. I have sent an email and spoke to someone when I called to say I was delayed a day due to weather. When I got there they had sold my room and we're going to send me to another property 10 mins drive. Then I extended to midnight on the 18th at a half rate, then they charged a full day. Disconnected.

Facility is still new, standard rooms are ok, space is tight though, when I sit on the desk u cannot pass through the room if u have house keeping coming to do something. Reasonably good, food not great though.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I love the fact that this hotel has a full size washer and dry for guests to use free of charge. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have face towels, which are hard to find in this region!

Hotel itself was fine, but serious problem with breakfast. Hotel unable to cope with number of guests wanting to eat breakfast in the morning, response from restaurant staff we would like to offer you a complimentary lunch, it was a shame we were checking out, I would have liked to see if they could cope with 2 more for lunch.

The room greeted us with unpleasant smell. Later, we discovered the smell came from the cleaners of the room. The bathroom had only 1 piece of soap and the walls have open gaps near the ceiling. The lights in the bathroom also lit the whole bedroom. It was hard to sleep when there was so much lights in the room. When we left in the morning, we requested the front desk to add another soap in the room and to replace the cups and glasses we had used with clean ones. They added 1 soap but left the dirty cups and glasses. We spent an hour waiting for the rooms to be cleared or cleaned. We found hairs from the shower floor hanging outside the drains under the sink. The WIFI signal was very weak. We really used it for just a couple of hours. I want a refund! When we were checking out, we call the front desk for help with our luggage. We were told that they don't have luggage services because "this is a 3-star Business Hotel".
