We were never greeted. No one was ever at reception during our 4 days of stay. The place was empty and the front gate was often locked so we had to go in through the back. Luckily, after 2 hours or so of waiting in the lobby when we first got there, we happened to stumble accross a friend of the owners who called him and gave us our room. The only contact we had with the owner was on out last day when he knocked on our door to tell us to leave early. He even asked for a tip which we didn’t give for obvious reasons. Luckily the place was pretty and located in a nice area.

The place is neglected and in need of better ownership/management. AC was not working, light fixtures without light bulbs. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. Not all rooms have a refrigerator. The cleaning staff was wonderful and tried to accommodate us the best they could but it was obvious that they were overwhelmed.

The location is very nice and very convenient if you have to arrive/leave from Paros port. It is easy to reach and you are in the centre of Parikia town.
Rooms are quite small and have a basic Design but they are well equipped and quiet.

The entrance and front patio in this place is so original. It feels as if one is really having a taste of Greek culture.
This is a nice pleasant place. It is centrally located, good restaurants around. the port is just a block away. Nevertheless, the hotel is nestled in a quiet area.

The hotel is pretty basic for the cost. We found a much better place just feet away which even came with a very nice breakfast. (same price).

The location was the only thing going for this very tired and rundown establishment. It started with the Captain not at the reception and only avaliable on the phone. He eventually arrived and it went down hill from there. The light in the bathroom was not working (no window so quite dark). Shower was cold and when I advised the good Captian of this he said he would fix the light the next day but was in disbelief about the shower. He told me that I was one of those 'trouble makers' and he had never had any complaints before. We unfortunately had cold showers for the rest of the 3 nights we had mistakenly booked. I checked on Trip Advisor (should have done this before our visit) and it shows that there have been several people have complained before and so the Captain either does not read reviews or is in denial like about the hot water. The shower curtain was about 200mm short from the base and so the water poured onto the floor. The a/c drained into a plastic bottle lent up against the outside wall next to the door and when full it run back into the room and was an unpleasant surprise when I stepped out of bed in the moring. Overall give the Caption a 'wide berth'. There are plenty of other places to stay in Paros. This was my mistake as I should have done my homework but the Captain should offer a product better suited to the 21st century travellers.

We spent 5 days here in March - weather cold very windy and sunny. Our room was warm and faced the sun all day. The hotel is a 2 minutes walk from the ferry and bus station. We did not have breakfast in the hotel because coffee shops and bakery were 1 minute away and being winter we enjoyed people watching in the mornings when the Paros population travels into the capital for shopping business and to meet the various ferry boats. Because we spent all our time in the town or walking out from it we enjoyed the friendliness of the locals before the tourist season really started. There is an excellent self service restaurant 1 minute from the hotel where the food is all freshly cooked using local produce. There were a few people using the hotel-some travellign some young Greeks visiting from Athens on business. Information and a chat with the staff is always possible. A very warm and enjoyable experience.
