The main issue was the bathroom which smelt so bad we didn't spend anymore time in there than was necessary because it was almost unbearable. We complained about it and the staff just put more perfumed chemical balls near the drains which just made it smell like a strong mixture of unpleasant chemicals and old drains. The breakfast and room service food were both terrible, it was extremely basic and bad quality. The pool did not look hygienic and was didn't have a proper cleaning system, only a chlorine tablet which is not good enough for a pool of that size. We used it briefly and did not enjoy it. There were loud neighbours and the mosquito netting around the bed was filthy. The hotel bar was always empty, there was sometimes noise from construction work being carried out in other rooms and the place had quite a sad feeling to it. We chose this as our stay for the last few days on a long trip and spent a bit more than we would normally to have a bit of luxury before heading home. We couldn't wait to leave almost straight away. It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and the price cannot be justified at all. I hope this message will reach someone in charge there and they will be motivated to improve the hotel.

My partner and I stay for 4 out of 8 night due to mosquitoes in our room we had to check out early and ask for a refund. My partner had an allergic reaction after being bitten several times over, the place is beautiful but it is not functional the doors are not sealed so all bugs can come in, the shower open into the bathroom allowing even more bugs to come in. The mosquito net does not work we were awake at 2am killing the mosquitoes. The staff were amazing and very understanding. The restaurant food was great! We also had construction going on in the room across from us all day we heard grinding and banging.

The villa was tired. There was a smell of sewerage in the bathroom which emanated in to the bedroom area.No utensils in the kitchen.Coffee/tea etc. not topped up daily.Step in to pool impossible for anyone under 180 cm in height to use. Very difficult to get in and out of pool.Lock on main bedroom broken - not able to be used.Security safe held in position by one very weak screw - easily able to be removed from wall. Doors extremely noisy to open and close.

.Very beautiful but isolating. No communal area, no bar, no restaurant except for a takeaway service. The resort is in three parts and only dream villas 3 has a restaurant. Strange set-up.

we booked this place for a group of us 2 x 3 bed villas and a 1 x 1 bed villa we paid top dollar for it food was terrible, location was terrible, security was sleeping on couch at nights , mosquitos everywhere could not sleep due to this, tv did not work and was very old tv - atleast 20 years old , hot water did not work properly, pool was dirty, very old decor and furniture, kitchen was falling apart, when it rained the pathways were full of puddles, very, very expensive for what was on offer. some of the staff were friendly and did what they can do but it was out of their hands,. i got stung for a late check out because of a misunderstanding and were not willing to compromise, i do not recommend this place its in a dark road far away from everything with no services like cafes, bars, shops it was just a bad experience overall i would rate it a 2 star accommodation and thats being generous would not go back if they gave it to me for free

Pics on website very deceiving. Looks ok but but this Villa is right away from the main area. Nothing outside of this hotel to even walk to. The bedroom smells very musty and there are mosquitoes everywhere. The toilet kept on blocking up and it took up to 3 hours before someone came to look at it? The breakfast area is terrible. The food was cold and the place mats on the tables were filthy. There was one night that a group has eaten dinner and none of there plates were cleaned up till the next morning. This place needs a makeover and a driver that can take you to where you need to go. Can take sometimes up to one hour to get a taxi from the Villa.Too many staff sitting at the reception area doing nothing.. I will not stay here again.

Staff was great however the sheets were dirty, air/conditioning and power would go on and off. Mosquito nets didn't work. Surroundings were rough, stray dogs everywhere. Breakfast was ok. Room service priced a bit high.

Me and my friend ended up spending more time at our friends Aleva villa which is just across the street. Recommended only if youre on a budget, and would like to stay in a balinese style villa, else spend your money in a proper hotel room, as youd be out in the day exploring Seminyak anyway.

The villa has good interior decoration, service and food are also good, but you will see lizards .For the sake of better hygiene they need to have doors at the area where they serve breakfast and keep that area air conditioned. They need to provide iron board and iron to each villa.

Single bedroom pool villa - very affordable compared to others. For that, there is a need for some paint here and repair there. Nice staff attended to everything we needed - always helpful with taxi and such. Breakfast has buffet open til 11 and adequate. Boutique style, not huge complex so very nice. A bit out of the way, need a taxi for most things unless you don't mind a bit of a walk. Don't miss a Bike Tour with Green Bike Tours in Ubud - especially for Bali newbies. Wonderful and for all ages and levels. Would stay again - esp for price.($105 usd/nite)

They surprised my wife with a birthday cake during breakfast. We were very impressed. We weren't expecting a full fledged kitchen too. The free shuttle to shopping areas was very prompt and friendly too. Overall with very courteous service we enjoyed our stay very much.

Expedia what did you do no pick up at airport yet on itenary free pick up All of us plus other guests we heard had food poisoning Toilet and showers blocked one day Had to ask for bath plug Sometimes we had bath mats and hand towels other times had to ask Twice bathroom floor hadn't been mopped properly and still hair on floor Buffet breakfast average Was told to be in foyer for transfer to airport at 3:30am because bus was leaving at 3:40am bus didn't leave till 4:10am poor this was confirmed with me 3 times

The manager, Agus, was really very hands on with the maintenance and cleanliness of the villas. While we were there they repaired a few things around our villa without disturbing our stay. The ladies at reception are amazing and went above and beyond to organise a fishing charter for my partner. We couldn't ask for better service and felt very spoilt during our stay, We received a 60 minute full body massage as a complimentary gift for long stay clients. The ladies at the spa made us feel very welcome and did a wonderful job of getting rid of all our stress.

Located within a five minute car trip to the centre of Seminyak, this is one of three (?) properties in this group. Having booked a king room with private plunge pool we were upgraded to a villa with private swimming pool !! (see photo) We arranged via internet to use free transport service from airport to villa which was very useful for first time travellers to Bali. All the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and responded quickly to any service requests we had. Difficult to single anyone out as they were all so good. Beautiful rooms with that private pool - a real reward at the end of a hot day sight seeing!! Free breakfast - very good. Free transport to and from Seminyak but on a timetable not on demand. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a value stay in Seminyak. Calm and private stay.
