Every person working here was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The location is great and central to most attractions. The rooms are a little dated and in need of minor maintenance. It was clean and comfortable.

We had an issue with our booking but the staff helped us through and managed to find a solution, it was already late in the night so it really helped us.
Otherwise the room's spec was amazing, having a boiler would have been a plus though.
The business center was very performant and really saved me to prepare my meeting.

Somewhat dated interiors and shabby towels.

The staff at this hotel were the friendliest, most accomodating we could have asked for. The food at the restaurant below is amazing, the buffet was a lovely addition to our mornings and from across the lobby there's a Starbucks! Everything is made so convenient. We truly loved our stay.
Few things to note:
The jacuzzi and pool are great (when they're hot)
The room service is attentive yet they sprayed too many scents on everything. My friend has very sensitive allergies.
The bar was a lovely space but it wasn't fully functional so the staff was left running downstairs to the restaurant for supplies.
The surrounding location is a very busy and bustling area, like Times Square.
With that being said, amazing stay. Thank you all!

The room is spacious but quite outdated and lacks good maintenance. The towel handle in the bathroom was off during my 5-night stay and the cleaning maid just put it back without really locking it.

They checked me in right away and were very friendly each day I interacted with someone. Very nice place. Quiet b

Staff in general was attentive and polite at reception and room service. Location was decent and relatively close to many amenities. Walking distance to many places to visit.
The downsides…I expected Le Méridien, as a brand, to be more luxurious. The room furnishings were sub par. Tattered towels, burnt light shade, water stains on the ceiling, splintered wood vanity in bathroom, the most basic and cheap-looking carpet, and dirty WHITE bed frame were not details I ever expected of what I considered to be a reputable hotel brand. I even took pics cause I was surprised by the overall aesthetic.
The buffet that was offered in the hotel’s restaurant was a true disappointment on every level. It was over priced, the food was mediocre and the service basically non-existent.
I don’t think I’d necessarily recommend.

Very clean and nice! We will definitely recommend family & friends!

We had to change 3 rooms at check in time since rooms where not properly cleaned, hotel car entrance is part of side walk and had trouble bringing the car to the entrance causing police to almost impound our car!

The hotel is older and we had issues with a horrible smell coming from our air conditioning. The area around the hotel is definitely not the worst, but being on a Main Street proved challenging at times. The staff were extraordinary and when we complained about the smell we were moved instantly. It’s a value of a hotel, but if I came back I’d stay somewhere in a neighborhood like Roma.

I cannot imagine a better place to stay and n CDMX than this comfortable Le Meridian. Its location on Reforma, extremely friendly staff, spacious rooms, great AC, Starbucks downstairs and reading reasonable pricing make this my first pick. It’s been 7 or 8 years since I’ve been here …. But it won’t be my last .

Good property and location

Nice hotel. Room service was bad considering I stayed there 6 nights and had to ask every single day for toiletries, facecloths , hand towels, water, tea and coffee and sugar for the complimentary coffee maker. I expected better from a LeMeridien hotel. Still, I liked the size of the rooms and bathroom and quietness .
But hotel could have done better.

The amenities are a bit dated - but friendly staff and excellent location

The room offers two separate areas (bedroom and living room), which is a nice for naps or down time as we had a child with us. Starbucks location located at bottom or ground level. Hotel front desk, bellmen and housekeeping staff is friendly. We chose the hotel since it seemed conveniently central to everything we wanted to do...Zocalo, Chapultepec Zoo/Park, Palacio de Bellas Artes. We were able to walk almost everywhere. The hours for pool are a bonus when you have kids, they can unwind or burn off energy while adults use jacuzzi. A few negatives; rooms with view as we had need maintenance (visible dust bunnies in structure), restaurant staff could or should have change for larger pesos and be a bit more friendlier or helpful to tourists.

It was a very comfortable stay. Since the first day as my flight arrived earlier in the morning, they helped me out proactively by offering me an early check in. The room was nice and comfy, spacious and clean, I would definitely recommend this place.

Well located hotel at the Paseo de la Reforma. Walking distance from the historic center and from the famous Zona Rosa. Spacious rooms.
2.5
Well situated hotel, not too far away from Alameda Park & Historic Center (Zocalo) but also close to the lively area of the Zona Rosa! And if you want to go for a long walk on the Paseo de la Reforma, again no problem. Le Meridien is located on the Paseo de la Reforma. Spacious rooms! Furthermore, I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Great value for money!

Beautiful hotel, rooms nice & clean, big and spacious, bathroom as well. They were able to acommadate me to my room earlier, gracias Tania! Felt really sick after my flight & it was not my check in time, Tania was quick to get me in a room. I really appreciated that. Great location. Great stay! Highly recommend!

Good restaurants around hotel close to old town Mexico City.
The breakfast included in room is ok the fresh to order eggs/omelette is good.
The dinner in las Gorias was bad eat out of hotel so many better options.
Ordered the guacamole and it came with some over cooked deep fried shrimp that we were overcharged for. Took a lot to get the shrimp removed from the bill as we didn’t order and tasted not good

I was only going to stay for one night and ended up 3 nights 4 days. It was a great place to have stayed. My family along with my pet Chiquise 2 kilos chihuahua were very welcomed. I cant express how HAPPY I was with everything from bellboy Aldo to receptionist males and females. Along with the pool person.

Some minor noise from outside during the night (booming music)

We choose this hotel because one of the people in our company is wheelchair dependent. The room had two separate areas, which was convenient as we had a child with us, and large roll in shower. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel in Mexico City is also convenient as it is somewhat the same distance from Chapultepec and Metropolitan Cathedral. We were able to walk almost everywhere. We are very happy we chose this hotel over any other ones that we stayed before.

The rooms were large. Very central location!
Breakfast was fine.
