Staff nuce. Clean-ish. Sheets and bathroom were cleaned. Carpet not so much. Room smelled funky like wet dog or pet urine.

\The pool was cold, the hot tub was nroken, some at the front desk did not speak English, coffee pot was nroker, I reserved a handicap room (bot insurance to mahe sure i got this< I did NOT, ftrr brealfast was toast, peanut butter, box cereal-no milk, no nothing!

Hotel staff and manager were yelling at eac h other the lobby. Employee was using fowl language. Very dated. Only reason for 2 stars vs 1 was the manager gave us a room with 2 beds even though we made a mistake and reserved for 1

Imade and paid for a room with 2 beds, I paid in april 2023 for august 2024 at $125 a day When I get there last week the man in charge wanted me to paid $136 extra so I could get the room. I refused and get some help with Expédia. Some one told me the rooms arenot that clean an smell cigarettes

And management was price gauging, charging is $100 over the reserved price. Even to people that had already paid. 0 stars for this hotel, some people coming out complained room smelled bad and had to keep windows open, thru the day and night. Not recommended.

The staff were excellent. The hotel is older and an update to the blankets and chair in the room would be of great value. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom was excellent. Overall, I would recommend it.

Stair access to rooms. That being said, these are new owners working with an older property. My room on the second floor was ok. I heard people who'd been on the first floor day it smelled. Considering the low part and location I think it was acceptable.

It was horrible. Not only did they charge my card AGAIN for both nights we booked after I had already paid on the site, the room was filthy. Bed was completely broken. Very uncomfortable. Washable unsanitary “Stains” on wall and floor. Smoke filled this “smoke free” place. Then we chose to check out after first night and they refused to give any sort of refund for the following night we didn’t stay. Just yelled “No Refunds!” Then still won’t refund money that I double paid.

This hotel was filthy!! Dirty bathroom/shower, grimy walls in the room and bathroom, dirt and hair on the floor, under the bed had a used cup and trash, the chair was dirty and stained and the comforter on the bed clearly hadn't been washed in a while. I checked out after one night and didn’t get a refund for the 2 nights I didn’t stay.

The staff was really lovely and friendly. But the room was dirty and everything in it was so so old. One lamp shade literally fell off the lamp because it was just so old and disintegrated when I turned on the light. The beds were not comfortable - again - old.

Tweakers everywhere, room was nasty, holes in walls, and god forbid I needed to call to the front desk let alone for an emergency because there wasn’t a cord attached to the phone. Stains everywhere from the sheets, blankets, chairs and carpet. Do not recommend staying here EVER

Check in took longer that it should, staff seemed distracted. First room assigned smelled like stale cat urine, staff unable to smell it, but checked another room. TV connection broken, remote laying on counter w/o batteries. 3rd room was on 3rd floor, no issues except for what already mentioned. Over-all place is in need of some dedicated r&r, and updating. Had scheduled stay due to pool and hot tub, did not even check it out due to room situations and over-all appearance. Cancelled a later reservation for trip in following month, pretty doubtful about ever staying here again, except for emergency situation.

We picked this property for its price and convenience. The pool area is poorly lit. Overall a little run down, smells musty, but a place to lay your head for the night.

I absolutely love staying at the budget inn. The staff are always friendly and I love how it’s pet friendly. This is my go to place every time I’m in Gillette. If you’re looking for a comfy bed a small breakfast and pool that isn’t going to break the bank, then this is your place.

This is a very nice affordable hotel. Clean and convenient. If your looking for the Ritz don't stay :) It was perfect for what I needed.

For the price it was a good place to stay. It is old and dated.....needs some maintenance. Bed wasn't real comfy, but wasn't horrible either. Could use a little better cleaning, but again, not bad for the price. Staff was very friendly. Location is good

I guess the best way to put it would be you get what you pay for. The facility is old and run down. Non-smoking room smells like smoke. It definitely needs upgrading. Nice people however.
