Hallways are covered with stained carpet and smelling bad. Property is in a bad shape. Food is overpriced and customer service is not good! Stayed here several times but never this bad!

Hotel is moderately good, all basic to advance facilities are there, rooms and big enough and food is good. Rooms services are on time and all the transactions were very smooth. One can opt for if looking for 4 star kind of property.

Very good hotel with service that is excellent. Rooms are comfortable and professional and properly 4 star. Service and food are again exceptional and attention to detail in most aspects of this hotel. The surrounding shops you can buy you water etc and ubers are easy plus the hotel has thier own car service. Very pleased and plan to stay again.

I was extremely disappointed when I saw the room with a window blocked from outside. Though there was a window it was like a windowless room with no light or view to the outside. I have stayed here several times in the last 5 years but have never slept in this type of a room. Well, I always use Expedia to book my stay here but not sure if they have a way to track repeated guests and reward customer loyalty. Now I will think twice before making a reservation here.

There are no iron boxes in the room and they rotate with few iron boards and boxes.Dinning in restaurant was ok but their service is not consistent. Some staff there are very friendly, some have absolutely no clue on how to care. Some days they realized later, they have to bill me, even after I went their and asked for the check.Some days they did no provide Shower Gel, only 2 packs of Shampoo.Their internet service will not work with Android Phones.

My review of the hotel is based on the interaction with one manager named Rani. She went beyond the call of duty, even helping me secure socks (which I forgot) for my big meeting. Her presence commanded respect and she was courteous and professional at all times. I will return to the hotel as long as she is employed with the organization.

Check-in was very unpleasant. I was checked into a used room first and then moved around a couple of more rooms before getting an unused room. Didn't get hot water in the shower and the staff ignored the complaint. Towels didn't look fresh. Stayed here several times in the last 3 years but never had this bad an experience.

Have stayed here before but this time the experience was not as good. Check in was quick. Unfortnately room was on 1st floor and opened onto airconditioning units so somewhat noisy but bearable.Not sure why a person needs to accompany you to the room if you have roll on and a briefcase. Wifi was fine the first day. Did not work the second day when i came back late ..calls to front desk and the "IT" person unavailable till 9 30 am next day !! Decent breakfast buffet but the supervisor kept telling the staff to not refill things. Check out was really bad. The "foreign credit card machine" did not work. Luckily i had some rupees so i could leave to catch my flight. The one person at front desk was like a deer in headlights and another guy next to him was just standing around. So this experience was not good but the hotel is ok if you have business nearby. The gym is ok for a quick workout.

Good stay. Attractive, professionally furnished hotel. Not a top of the line hotel but worth the room rate. Internet performance was reliable but they had a policy of only two devices per room and we had four devices (two laptops and two iPhones) so disconnecting devices and reconnecting them was difficult and that was the biggest disappointment of our stay. Breakfast (included) in the restaurant was quality Indian food. Overall this is a quality hotel in Noida.

Food and service were great but the location of it, really isnt close to anything in Noida unless youre there for business. Its a nice hotel with great amenities but being right off a main road, it wasnt quiet.

Food was average, stale fruits, and coffee is the worse than any coffee I ever had . not a good location at all. Surroundings appear to be shady and scary. I tried them coz park plaza wasn't available. Staff not professional like Park Plaza or Radision Noida.

Have stayed in Park Accent for about 3 times since Jan 2014 ... since most of my work is in same area wherein I have to meet my clients this hotel serves best for my taste and budget. Check in is hassle free ..after a long flight and 2 hours drive from airport to this hotel it sure feels great when check in is quick ... i didnt have to wait long to get to my room, staffs are very friendly, food is great.

The Park Ascent Hotel (Noida) is directly on the main road with a private drive through to a splendid receiption area. The staff are helpful and willing to accomodate your needs. The facilities are very good here, the restaurant provides for European tastes as well as regional dishes of good quality and variety. There is a small Gym situated on the 5th Floor which is accompanied by a coach who will provide guidance as needed. The double rooms are of a high standard and kept clean by enthusiastic room service, let them know if you don't want to be disturbed too early in the morning or late at night. The in-room facilities are welcome, there is a mini-bar and tea/coffee, a safe that is easy to use. All in all very comfortable and accommodating - I would recommend this hotel.

While making booking, hotels.com showed 2 deluxe rooms with city view (windows) and double bed in both rooms but during checking in I was told there was 1 room with double bed which had no windows or so called city view and the one with Windows had two single bed. So please make sure things are sorted out n truth is told to customers about room then n there rather then during check in and in cases like this change your cancellation policy.

Stayed for several nights on a business trip. Wireless access is military grade so very difficult and a cumbersome process. If you are not on a business trip this is a nice place. I will think again on a business visit.

I was their on my business trip and this was my second stay at Park Ascent. You get whatever you expect at Ascent. The reception service was good, I was inside my room in less than 5 minutes. Room is quite spacious with very comfortable beds. The hotel staffs are very helpful. Definitely staying again on my next visit.

It was an OK hotel, not the best food (everything is spicy, not the best taste, poor breakfast choice), not a good location at all, sector 62 is not safe and doesn't have choices of restaurants and shopping malls. I just chose it because it's was close to my work, but next time i will not do it again for sure.

Decent hotel - a bit far off from DND, but might suit people who have work that side. Very prompt service - the best part of the stay. Breakfast was decent as well. Its a cheaper option to an ITC or a Radisson and almost the same quality.
