The hotel was absolutely beautiful and staff the nicest. Room was very comfortable. Unfortunately me and my husband both got sick in the hotel. First we thought that it was our and the airconditions fault, but later in our stay the AC was off and we still felt worse and worse. Flu got better when we were out of the hotel room, and then again worse when inside the room. We stayed for a week. Luckily now, a few days after leaving the hotel we both feel healthy.

A cute hotel in the centre of things. Its no frills but clean with good shower and comfy bed. The staff were very helpful especially Alan who helped post something we left behind to our next hotel. Great place to stay for a night or two in the Old Town

Memory at On On was a great hotel experience. Excellent service at hotel reception, and checkin and checkout was smooth and efficient. On On is centrally located in Phuket Old Town,with easy access to most areas of Phuket town, yet quiet in the evenings as it is off the main thoroughfare. Rather unique hotel with Peranakan architecture and furnishings. Old World Culture! That’s the reason the hotel is named Memory at On On. Rooms are not so spacious with basic furniture even though we had booked the junior suite. Housekeeping was tardy in cleaning the room on one of the days. Best cappuccino served at the On On hotel cafe. Phuket Old Town is a food paradise, with multiple choices of Thai, Chinese and Western restaurants and cafes. Delicious culinary experience! Overall, highly recommended.

The staff was by far the best thing about the hotel. They were very kind and helpful. Room was nice but the walls are very thin and could hear neighbours and people walking in the halls easily. It is a very quiet area (unless it’s Sunday and they have the market on). Beds were very comfortable. Could do with a bit of an upgrade. Like maybe a smart tv in the room? Overall a nice hotel.

We were very pleased and loved the uniqueness of this hotel. The staff was very helpful, one who stood out to us was named Poo, she was awesome! Very helpful, respectful, and polite. Our room was perfect, cool, and comfortable. The only thing was the noise. Walls are very thin in these older hotels. Luckily our neighbors were not all that noisy. All in all our stay was great! We would love to be back!

Open air lobby, ante room, cafe and bar (with complimentary coffee, tea and nibbles), designed with Thai themes and Sino-Portuguese structure. The fountain behind check-in is soothing and quiets the sounds of local activity. A few of the first floor appointments harken to a romantic era of travel. Stairways lead guests to 2nd floor guest rooms, accessible via communal areas (all under roof and open air. Yes, the guest rooms are air-conditioned! The Carpenter Room has French Doors opening to a small terraced area with cafe table and 2 chairs. The Memory at On On hits all the right notes to make your stay welcoming and memorable. The staff defines hospitality, and Little Phuket, the restaurant a block from the hotel, has the best Green Panang Curry!

The hotel in itself is lovely. The staff especially pop were very attentive just a bit of a language barrier. Shame they don’t offer breakfast although there is capacity for it. But what was a nice touch is they have water tea/coffee and small snacks for free. The area is pretty noisy unfortunately and seeped into our room of an evening was a bit difficult to sleep.

Great value hotel for a short stay in Phuket Old Town. Second time we stayed here. Lovely hotel with lots of character. Staff very friendly and helpful. Arranged taxis for us using their taxi app which was very convenient.

A beautiful space, nearly an oasis in the middle of tourist-heavy Old Town Phuket. I adored my time here and would certainly come back again. I did wish that the door locks were more secure, or that an additional lock or latch was added for when guests are inside for the night, as I felt that they were not secure as-is.

Beautiful historical hotel. Self-serve snacks. I had a nice time relaxing in the cafe attic. They have a guide booklet in your room for activities. The headboard a little bit dusty. I want to come back, but probably will request the back unit or the one on second floor as the hotel has direct access to the road and you can hear traffic noise.

The On On was absolutely fabulous. Not only was it tastefully decorated it was true to its heritage. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows and good internet.The staff was very nice and very professional and saw to our every need. The location cannot be beat for exploring the Old Town of Phuket. Highly recommended.

4 nights at this beautiful heritage hotel right in the middle ofcthe old town. Our Superior room was on the small side, however, very pleasant. There are lots of common areas where you can relax. They should at a cocktail bar downstairs, they've plenty of space

Loved my room thou the bathroom had a slight sewer smell but I was on the ground floor and it was very faint. Bed was very a comfortable. Lots of places to eat and very walkable. Would stay here again. Also got free water everyday so that was nice.

A hotel that totally retains the old world charm. They went to great lengths to retain the classic furnishings and display pieces, and there's so much to explore it's like living in a musuem! The staff are simply a joy with service that totally exceeded my expectations. I have been to many hotels in this region, and the staff here are simply on another level. They are respectful, well dressed yet showing personal warmth and spontaneity of a close friend. It was hard when it was time to say good bye.
