Great staff and service. Helpful and considerate. Will definitely recommend to others! Location is pretty good if you dont mind walking about 20 minutes to the night market and pub street.

It is a great place to stay - the staff are well trained in customer service, the building is quirky rather than being an anonymous bland modern structure, good inclusive breakfast, the central area is walkable or a short tuk -tuk ride away ... overall a good choice located in a quiet area.

Hotel staff were pretty helpful and nice in general. Yet we are not satisfied with the room quality. The air conditioner was not working so the room was quite stuffy and hot, the TV was not functioning as well. The toothpaste was of bad quality. Before arrival, I emailed the hotel for pick up arrangements but there was no reply and we had to pay our own transport to the hotel.

When we booked for Okay 1 villa, free pick up transfer was stated to be included in the package. Approximately 5 days prior our check in, I contacted Okay 1 Villa and no respond from them. Then as expected, we arrived at the airport, no one was there to pick us up. 10 USD was paid for transport to Okay 1 Villa. What's worst is when i asked about it at the reception, I was ignored a few times, it was obvious that they were trying to avoid answering. Well, we persistently asked for free transfer back to the airport when we leave for Siem Reap, they do not agree but asked for 3 USD for TUKTUK transportation to the airport. We agreed because it was better than nothing. Then, throughout our stay we heard hotel guest arguing with receptionists about the same issue, they did not pick their guests up at the airport even the price customer paid for hotel booking have included pick up service. Breakfast was basically the same everyday, it tasted alright. Largely spaced hotel room with dust on the curtains and wardrobe.

I had a great stay at Okay 1 Villa I had stayed at their sister property Okay Boutique while in Phnom Penh. My room was large in size and air con worked great. Nice size bathroom as well and loved the rooftop pool and bar and a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff at the pool bar is super friendly as was the staff at the front desk. Rong was super helpful when my tour was late in picking me up and was getting worried I had a great chat with him and he helped along with the front desk staff to see where they were and give them a call. I highly recommend a stay at Okay 1 Villa!

Great food and service on the roof. Excellent breakfast to start the day. Stayed at six hotels in Vietnam and Cambodia, this was our favorite. I would recommend Okay1 Villa to my friends without a doubt. Hu

Great value for a three start hotel. We stayed there 2 weeks in 2015 and came back in 2017, and really noticed a few little upgrades and improvements. Esp nice was the upgrade in the hotel restaurant menu, and this time we had the majority of our meals at the hotel. The only two things to mention is that for my 75 yr old mum, the stairs up to the restaurant are very steep.

Nice and clean room, food was good and hotel staf were really friendly.
Pub street was a 20 minutes walk and if prefer not to walk a tuk tuk can take you there in 5 minutes.
Looking at the price i can really recommend this hotel

A very nice place to stay when visiting Ankhor Wat. Rooms are large and comfortable, bathroom small and not very comfortable ("shower in toilet"). Breakfast buffet ok but not special. Staff friendly and helpful, speak sufficient English. Pool on the rooftop terrace is great for afternoon swims and watching the sunset.

Authentic and great value hotel. Helpful and very friendly staff. Down a small alley but not far from the main streets. Had small ants in my room.

The location is not good, it is 20 minutes from the city center, its better to book another in the center.
There isn't AC in the hall, this is unconfortable because the weather is very hot.
The restaurant service is slow but in cambodia is normal this speed.
In general good hotel if you want to stay far to the city center.

Even though it said that there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, there was not. I paid $5 to get to the hotel from the airport, and $6 to get to the airport from the hotel. I noticed that the tuk tuks associated with the hotel had the tendency to overcharge compared to tuk tuks not associated with the hotel. For example, tuk tuks to the airport everywhere else charged $5, while the hotel charged $6. Tuk tuks for the day at Ankur Wat charged $11 outside the hotel (if you hustled), while at the hotel they charged $15.
Furthermore, while the accommodations were great, I felt it was highly priced in relation to the places around the hotel. They charge $30 a night, while other backpackers were paying $15. But the air conditioning and swimming pool made the place great (not all hotels had AC). The breakfast consisted of garlic bread and fruits on the side or eggs and bread with fruit. It wasn't fancy (but I hear that is pretty standard in Thailand).
BUT I felt safe with the gate guard at night and the lack of hookers in the place. It was walking distance to Pub Street. Furthermore, I think the staff were trying to be fair rather than take advantage of the guests. Pricing was similar to hotels in America.
The room I had, came with two bottles of water, two tooth brushes, toilet paper, a TV (not flat screen), a cupboard, a fridge, and AC. It didn't have shampoo. Laundry cost $1 a kg (which is standard for the area).
The staff was friendly and helpful.
