Nothing good to add. It was indeed terrible from hygiene to food

My stay at Tribeca hotel was a huge mistake.. The place is not qualified to be a hotel(zero hygiene). The water stops in the middle of your shower sometimes.

Its always a good stay at TriBeCa and awesome staff!

I love it because it's close to the Airport and no traffic jam. The services are excellent and the staff are very polite and respectful. I just don't like the constant constant construction that creates noise around the neighborhood.

The hotel is an excellent budget hotel with very friendly staff. They made sure I lacked nothing and always responded to my queries promptly. I have to especially single out the receptionist by the name Faizal for making sure I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I strongly recommend the hotel.

I always enjoy the customer service, the staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I love the pools c the vibe around the pool. The beds are comfy and the rooms are decorated beautifully. Awesome awesome price. The owner is down to earth and genuinely cares about her guests. My only critique is the shower heads it’s inconvenient to have to hold them however the water is always hot. I’ve been to Accra 3 times and this is my “go to” hotel.

Pictures were nice, but the reality is different.
Room conditions: cleaning was poorly done, air quality was bad because of mold in AC unit , bathroom, shower head, toilet were not in good condition.
I will not recommend it or stay there again. The property needs serious detail work.

The place is cool for that price....similar properties in that area cost over twice the amount. Surprised to see people giving this nice and clean property a bad review. Everything was fine, good breakfast , clean and well structured rooms, swimming pool had reasonable depth and the staff are welcoming

Overall hotel was okay for the price, i was wasn’t expecting a 5* grade hotel. Staff were nice, environment was quiet & peaceful.

Did not have the unfortunate opportunity to stay at this hotel, but from what I saw and how I was treated, it was for the best. After booking over a month in advance, while en route to the hotel, I called to let them know that I was on my way. Who I learned later to be the owner, Beatrice, answered and told me that the hotel was expecting me and that check in would be fine. When I arrived, I was disgusted to learn that despite confirmation from Beatrice, I was told there was no room for me and they had booked a new hotel for me to stay at. After requesting to view the new hotel, I saw that it was even more run down than Tribeca and was nowhere near comparable to what I paid for. I then requested a refund and was told they were unable to issue a refund and to callExpedia. The staff then scrambled to call Beatrice back who I asked about the confirmation she had given me on the phone just a few hours later. Her response was disgustingly unprofessional and she actually suggested I be escorted off the property for requesting a refund. Mind you, all of this happened at 11:30 pm on Christmas Day. Imagine that, another woman, a business owner, leaving a woman stranded in the middle of the night. Needless to say if you’d like to avoid the risk of having your reservation cancelled in the middle of the night, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Also, for a budget hotel, it is not worth the minor discount savings. The lobby looked run down and I observed mold on the ceiling of the “dining room”.

A decent place to stay; good value for the price. No frills but good choice for convenient location. "hot" water was room temperature at best.

We couldn’t even stay here because it was so gross! The floor had dirt in every corner, I don’t know when the last time the floor was cleaned. Very bad smell as soon as u walked in the building and never went away. Bed was like a bowl just went u sat on it. Front desk lady was rude and had a problem when we called getting info and told us it was her personal phone, which was the only number listed. Just a huge was of time. My husband is from Ghana and was very disappointed to see a hotel (if that’s what u want to call it) in such bad shape to Represent his country. Please don’t advise and travelers to go there.

I did Ghana on a budget, so took time to review a plethora of hotels, guest houses, AirBnB, etc.I dint need highend as Im an outdoor person, only at the hotel to sleep. But I couldn't even do that comfortably at Tribeca. Went without a half decent wash due to hygiene, the place has a nice footprint but desperately needs an injection of capital. The location is good, a sought after district, but the rooms were tragic, sorry. I can do rough, but mate, never again, nooo. Once again, the location and building are good, but the internal facilities are shot. Please fix, you could easily demand a better rate.

We booked through hotels.com. when we arrived, the outside looked impeccable. Once inside, the hotel is run down and dirty. We immediately left in a Uber and stayed at Plus 33 Hotel, affordable, and has been great there! Tribeca Hotel is not up to quality standards, mold on walls, dirty bedding, dirty walls, simply disgusting.
Be aware of fake reviews!!! It appears that some of the reviews are bogus and is written by the actual hotel. The owner is a crook and this hotel is a fraud. I'm suprised and disappointed that hotels.com does business with this establishment. I am very disappointed that hotels.com do not require the hotels to abide by quality standards to advertise.

Lpcation was good. But overall state of hotel was terribly unkempt and dirty. Owner was very rude and customer service awful. Hotel is complete scam

Nobody seems to be at the front desk when you call. It took me over 30 mins to get some one to pick my call to confirm my reservation. I had to call on 2 separate occasions to get that. I had plumbing issues with the room I was given. Bathroom wasn't too clean

Pretty bad..the hotel was dirty and shabby..the room smelled and the chair was broken..the barhroom was also in pretty bad shape...we couldn't stay there and lost 300$ ..so a pretty bad and dissapointing experience

My stay was very pleasant. Staff responded quickly to my needs. They should work on the water supply to the rooms upstairs. Water kepts going on and off. Also I will advice they use a proper blanket to cover the two separate mattresses that was in my room instead of the thin sheet they used. Apart from these two things, everything was fine. I will stay there again the next time I come to town.

The double bedroom I booked was surprisingly spacious as was the en-suite bathroom. This had a bath as well as a shower facility.
The internet connection was reasonably reliable and adequate to stream YouTube on my tablet. I had a problem with one of the electrical sockets not working. But when I mentioned this to the owner she had it repaired within an hour.
With the outside climate being hot (25 -32 C) and very humid I was very glad of the air conditioning and the ceiling fan. Throughout the hotel and grounds large ceramic tiles have been used for flooring. This helped to cool the environment as well as making the hotel very presentable.

Wonderful hotel. I booked a deluxe room for a great price. It included a king bed, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, huge bathroom, and a kitchen as well. The hot water didn't work for part of our stay, but I spoke to the owner who is wonderful and she had it fixed promptly. The wifi was spotty for my friend's phone but worked well for my phone. The staff was very hospitable. If you stay out late (past midnight) be sure to let the security guard know so that you can make arrangements to get back in since the gate is locked at night. I stay in Accra often and this is one of the better hotels I have visited. I will definitely try to book here again next time I am in Accra

It was horrible, and there was no customer focus in the hotels operation.
We had to buy a heating jug, buckets and breakfast outside the hotel as against the booking agreement

The hotel is easily accessible. The receptionist is not a good representative of the hotel at all. Either she is the owner of the place or her parents. I asked for fridge in the room, she promised the following day. I stopped asking when another guest told me there's no single fridge in any of the rooms except at the bar. She is rude and saucy. Thought I was the only one who had complaint about her until other p
guests l spoke with said the same thing. Of course l won't go there again.

The hotel left my wife stranded at the airport and no ones answers the phone after 12 o clock.

The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly. The location was great for me, it is very close to the university, but it is not close to downtown. Food gets a bit monotone if you are there multiple days in a row.
