Even though it was a one nite stay, our room was clean and fresh! Everything was in order, kitchen set up was amazing. We have stayed here a half dozen times and are always totally satisfied.

Good - Calm and not crowded location - Very friendly staff - Clean Bad - Cooktops are not enough heat to cook - Terrible sofa bed - Extra charge(15USD/night) for the parking even there are plenty spots available

it was a great stay! there was a couple of messy spots in the room but nothing crazy that made me feel uncomfortable. i’ll always come back regardless! the breakfast is good if you’re in a rush and need a bite of something. the elevators seem kind of sketchy at times — and by that i mean the movements. the area near the hotel is quiet, even though you are right next to the freeway, you can’t hear a peep. i do wish the TVs were more updated. the picture is blurry and the tv takes a while to react to the remote.

It’s close to John Wayne Airport and has an in suite kitchen which is probably the only reason I return. I’ve noticed the rooms are not getting as clean as they did last year - lots of dust on shelves and grubby windows. The hallways do need some maintenance. On the plus the free breakfast is a bonus and the staff is nice.

Lady in front desk would not allow us to tuen the fir out in after 9pm. We were 3 adults sitting outside relaxing and chatting. The night before we were out there til 1am but when she was there we were not allowed. It was an issue for us because we were there for a softball tourney and once the girls where down for the night we wanted to relax and enjoy the chilly nights by the fire. (We are from Texas) Cool air is there in July for us! Lol Breakfast was good but we were there for 9 days and it was the same choices everyday. The washroom- Only two washers were working. The first two days that we were there it was $3.00 to wash. I went to use again a few days later and the price was increased to $4!! How does that happen? Coffee and tea were not available 24hrs as stated. The kitchen quickly put it all away after breakfast. It would of been nice to have out because several days we were up early and had to wait till breakfast opened to have coffee. Weekdays was 6am and weekends was 7am. We were up at 4 am several mornings because we had to leave for our tournament by 5am. Coffee would have been nice. For the most part stay was comfy, we were able to move rooms for a bigger one half way through our stay. Everyone at from desk was friendly and nice.

Everything about the property was lovely. Nice pool area and lounge areas. Hotel was very quiet at night. Beautiful plants around the buildings. My only complaint is there were no breakfast trays to take your food back to your room. I had a cup of coffee fall on my arm leaving a first degree burn on it. Not a great way to start the trip

It was a pleasant stay for us in big room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. It was so nice to have a kitchen with big refrigerator. Only thing I thought was the breakfast food area was small. We went to have breakfast almost 8 am and felt very crowed to get food...

Everything was great the only thing wrong was the a/c kept going off and had a error message on it and couldn’t get the a/c to come back on it was to late at night to call front desk due to my kids sleeping and didn’t want to have to change rooms so we opened the window to get some air due to it being so humid in the room other than that everything was nice

Very clean and spacious. The only thing that was upseting last two nights which was memorial weekend a guest decided to have a large party by the pool with lots of people this lasted 2 night's in a row. It was very loud and annoying.

The Starbucks beside the hotel is under construction. That is temporary. Choose a room facing away from the highway so it’s more quiet. 3 out of the 5 washing machines were broken. Our dishwasher in the room did not work properly. The room was clean. The bathroom of rooms with just the shower looked very well maintained. For short stays of 5-7 days this room is great. For longer stays it seems a bit tight for a family of 4. The L shape room is not that comfortable. The coffee service is barely ok. This is when the Starbucks would have been convenient. Overall good price for the location and quality. Could be better though. Staff was friendly as well.

On 5/26 I booked a 1-night stay with 2 small children.. upon arrival 4pm we noticed a large youth sports group taken major part of the pool , no other guest could use the pool since it was maxed at capacity by this party, there was speakers with loud music, kegs of beer being delivered, chaos, kids running around and this went on until past 11pm , when pool hours state closes at 9pm. It was a horrible experience and horrible stay. Kids running around the entire hotel, and no staff on duty to assist. I called front desk multiple times and no answer, only 1 person on duty and all this chaos going on.. seems the cops had to be called to help intervene.

Sheet & comforters had blood stains on them. Restroom had used tampons from previous guest. Had to go buy bed covers & throw out the tampon myself. was visiting with elderly family members & kids. Very gross & embarrassing.

Flew into town for a quick wedding. The staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing and super helpful. The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet was great with yummy self make waffles and lots of other breakfast choices. I will definitely stay here again. A true Gem

We stayed one night after a family reunion. Clean and very comfortable bed. Nice shower. We didn't eat breakfast so don't know about that. Was quite surprised to be charged $15 for self parking. That's my only complaint. Guess I need to do a better job reading the fine print.

I booked a patio room off the pool with a bathtub and got neither of those things. Not a huge deal. The room appeared really nice at first but we noticed multiple issues. The internet didn’t work, the YouTube and Netflix on the tv wouldn’t work, the dresser was tilted so the drawers hung open 6”. We tried to stick something under it to level it out but didn’t work. There was a dried up spider in a drawer, the shower leaked and we were there for 3 days and our room didn’t get cleaned once. Kind of a bummer overall, wouldn’t stay there again.

The property is close to the highway making it very noisy. The equipments in the kitchen were old and non functioning. Limited choice of breakfast and the breakfast didn’t change the three days we were there.

The shower was my favorite part and the pressure did not disappoint! They had excellent spread for breakfast and the location was close to Disneyland.
