It is a good place to stay, you can enjoy the party with only going out the hotel, really good location. If you don't like the noise it is not for you. This place is good for families

Loved the penthouse, classic charm and great service from reception. Right on 5th and easy walk to the beach. Spacious with all the amenities. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Cons terrible water pressure upstairs, the penthouse is third floor and the hotel has elevator and the noise level was incredible. A lot of reviews complained about loud music, I booked anyway because late night music is typical in Mexico. The hotel bar and the nightclub on the backside combined to make concert level noise with overlapping music until 3am every night. If you are a night owl it shouldn’t be a bother but if you need sleep that’s impossible. I would still stay again as accommodation and location were awesome.

Nice oasis tucked away from the city. Just know there is a bar and they play music at night. I enjoyed having the live music others may not. Well landscaped and nice staff.

I like the property because it’s comfortable and relaxing and nobody was bothering no one. Most importantly the breakfast was amazing! And if you are a rock and roll fan it is a prefect place for you and safe . We loved it!!

The penthouse is huge for the price! The property is not super new but given the price, it was a nice stay for me and my whole family. Close to the beach, shopping, and it is nice that they have free breakfast which helps save money. However, it is SO LOUD at night, especially on the weekend days. Clubs are all around so you hear the party for hours into the night. Somehow, we managed to sleep through it, even my one year old. I also enjoyed the pool, and at least some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall the hotel was nice once we moved from the 3rd floor to ground level. The late night music was expected as we read on other reviews. Pros: very convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping and beach. Bed was decent enough. Safe in the room was a plus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: pool is more of a lap pool and was cold due to the canopy of trees hovering over, not to mention all the fuzzies that drop in the pool. No lounge chairs by the pool. There was a TV in the room but only able to get 2 channels (both in Spanish). The stairs to the upper floors are hard to haul luggage up and down. Not a bad place for the price and a free breakfast every morning. If the pool situation would have been different I would most likely stay there again.

I want to emphasize that this hotel is located IN A BAR, in order to enter the premises and get to your room, you have to drag your luggage in between the tables through the bar and loud music. They said we have mentioned loud music but I didn’t see it anywhere on hotels.com so I want to make sure people have this info. The staff were friendly and trying to help but at night there was no-one to help with the luggage. There is no parking so if you have a rental, you have to consider parking farther and pay. The stay certainly is not peaceful especially for my mom and myself but I can imagine a group of college kids can have fun with the location being in the middle of a bar and close to all the action.

This is a nice inexpensive hotel. It includes a nice breakfast to start your day and the staff is friendly. In a touristy part of the city but if you like live music and bars this is a good place to be. I had a hammock in my room & when it rained all day I ordered food and hung out on my balcony with a beer. Centrally located to most venues.

This hotel is little but very nice the restaurant is always lit. I definitely recommend this place to everyone the location is perfect and the staff. Uuuufffffff super nice and very attentive always helping if you need anything. The breakfast had big portions and if you didn’t have time to eat there they would pack you a breakfast. I have no complains for this location it was the bomb.

I liked the location of the hotel and size of the room. I didn’t like that there is no phone in room, no one was there to help with luggage up three flights of stairs, the bathroom needs to be updated as it seems like it’s sideways and very old and the fact that there is no one at front desk overnight.

The hotel is in the middle of 5th ave, so it’s right there for food drinks and shopping, how ever if u rent a car you have to park it in the parking that’s maybe 2 blocks away and pay a fee( not that expensive, how ever if you are staying for about a week, it could be e extra $50 USD) the hotel also has a bar/ restaurant with live music every night so if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place for you, the music stops maybe after 12 midnight and you can hear it from your room. Cleanliness was ok not super clean but not dirty. Over all I would stay there again for a short vacay if I just wanted to stay away from resorts and in to playa del Carmen

Be aware that you book in the centre of an amusement district. Music till early in the morning, live-bands in the entrance area of the Hotel. IT IS LOUD! Showers have hardly any pressure.

Staying at the Siesta Fiesta Hotel was unworthy and disrespectful! There were a lot of problems that did not respect the guests!!! The hotel is located above a restaurant, the restaurant shows live rock concerts until the wee hours of the night and it feels like the band is in your bedroom, we had to sleep with earplugs that did not really help. and at 6:30 am the workers start preparing the restaurant and making a lot of noise and it feels like it's happening in your bedroom. Which means that we could not sleep properly during our entire stay at the hotel!! Let's continue with the fact that the wifi does not work well, constantly disconnects. The stairs to the room were really challenging and unworthy! It was really hard to climb into a room with luggage and even was very dangerous! In addition they were located right next to the kitchen of the restaurant and it was not pleasant at all! And now let's go through the problems in the room itself: The toilet was so close to the marble and sink that you simply could not sit without your knees rubbing. The air conditioner was broken. There was not a strong stream of water in the faucet of the sink and the shower. There was no ventilation in the shower which made the smell stinky and unhealthy in the whole room. At breakfast we asked for tea instead of coffe (because we did not drink coffee) and demanded an extra charge (for tea !!!!!!!) If you want to sleep on your vacation, do not go there !!!
