Initially was put into a room behind reception, requested to move as previous experience being located in a room behind reception is not good. I was right, far too noisy from 0500hrs with people checking out. Thankfully we were re allocated to another room near to the pool which was great. The hotel location is perfect and will certainly be returning to this hotel again. ALL the staff were so pleasant from chamber maids to reception manager all deserve to be acknowledged for making our week trip so relaxing. Breakfast is great. Hotel is very clean, sun beds very comfortable too. I would suggest that there be some hooks put in bathroom and on back of room door as no where to hang up anything like dressing gown or damp towels in bathroom.

I do recommend this hotel the staff are excellent and truly make you feel welcomed. The breakfast is nice and fresh they have a nice selection of hot or cold food ranging from dips to borek and olives. The rooms are clean and the cleaners are exceptional. The pool area is a little cramped but didn't put us off the you wouldn't think when paying on the sunbed your in the heart of the city. The only downside was my wife's ghd hair straighteners kept tripping out the electrics in our room. My wife couldn't use the hair straighteners for the duration of our stay. We would stay here again.

The A/C did not work at some point. We waited until late for someone to try to fix it. We had to ask for another room instead of waiting for so long. Then the problem was sorted. But from there the new r offered room was smaller than we had previously.

At first night We got a room in the «basement», which was completely different from the photos. It was really small, only space for a bed for 2 people, and it smelled bad. Told the staff that We didnt want this room as it smelled and didnt look like the photos. Was told that it was nothing to do, unless i wanted to pay 2000 liras for upgrade to junior suite. They told me to wait for the next morning for changing the room. The day after we changed room to the second floor as wanted, and the room was much better. But disappointed that you pay the same price and can Get either the first room We got which was really bad, or a descent one that looked like the pictures. I was also shocked that they didnt offer a free upgrade to junior suite as they had several rooms, and We only wanted to change room for our first night as We were told that We would change to another standard room the day after. The bed also made a lot of noise. The location was really good, central near everything, and right next to good restaurants and old-town

Rooms are very clean, service daily. General Manager (Seda Besjazali) is Excellent. She makes sure all guests are comfortable and answers all questions and help needed. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests are satisfied. Very good breakfast and Valet parking at no cost to guests. Both are important when traveling.

Maintenance in the room is poor and needs to be reviewed. The toom averaged over £115 a night, yet the shower was not fully functional and the fridge did not work. No in room Kettle, though I was offered hot water from reception. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Pool area nice, but towels have seen better days. A lovely place, in the heart of the most central area in Antalya. You can get anywhere without the need for public transportation. The hotel itself is a boutique hotel. Tastefully designed, excellent service. I will definitely choose this place again

The property seemed a lot smaller than pictured, the pool specifically. The staff were friendly and they offered us an upgraded room when we checked in. The breakfast was included but the options were a little limited. The location was perfect, we only spent 2 nights here as we moved onto Istanbul. It was a decent stay. The bed was amazing!

I visited with my husband and kids and we really enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance from everything. Their staff was very helpful and friendly. They even helped us arrange a visit and pick up shuttle for the Turkish Hamam. Thank you!

They gave us a very bad room, it's humid, small and smell bad, it's located in lower ground and looks like a separate area (with 2 other rooms) compared to the rest of the hotel. I don't know if they gave this kind of rooms to Expedia customers or we were just unlucky. The area is very noisy speciallly on the night and it smelled cigarettes everywhere Honestly, it was a bad experience and were very disappointed The positive point in this hotel is housekeeping (room cleaning) and breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights while on vacation, instantly regretted choosing this hotel. It does not look like the photos, the beds are barely more comfortable than a box spring mattress. Cigarette burns in carpet, and with carpet in the shower/bathroom area that gets wet so it didn’t smell great. We requested to be refunded so we could stay at an actual 4star hotel and they refused. It’s 2star rooms even in a suite, with a nice pool. Most of the staff were very nice however and location is great. False advertising though is shameful.

This property is in a great location, 1 min walk to Hadrians Gate, and all the attractions of the port. Staff were friendly and polite. I had a car , and although parking was not on site, they had valet parking at no cost ! A great option in Antalya. Breakfast was good by the pool. Very good stay 😊

Had a lovely stay as a solo traveler.. staff fantastic very helpful and kind ..lovely pool and a good breakfast. The only problem was I booked this hotel because it said it had a bar, as I didn’t want to go out every night to have a drink …it only opened the day before I left even though the bar was stocked the staff were not allowed to sell alcohol! It was a shame so Expedia should have known this before advertising a bar on the website! Anyway would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again x

I don’t know where to start or what to say. The room is extremely small and the property looks nothing like the pictures online. Nothing is elegant about Elegance East hotel. Absolutely terrible. We slept the the sounds of shouting and screaming and woke up to the sound of construction twice, even after notifying the front desk about the noise. I asked to change the room because of the noise and was told that no rooms are available, and that they are not using half of the hotel at this time. In Addition, I asked for the simplest thing, toothpaste, and was told they have none. I have been in many hotels in Turkey and several other countries, this is the first time a hotel doesn’t have toothpaste. Finally, the hotel had a very bad smell in the hallways near the front desk. It was extremely unpleasant and disgusting. Overall, our stay was a huge disappointment. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone. And I will reevaluate using Expedia for booking as hotel was different than pictures.

Staff were amazing. The hotel was nice, it just seems like it needs some upgrades. Our shower holder was broken so we had to hold the shower head the entire shower. There wasn’t any shower racks or towel holders. Bedding was old and thin, towels were clearly old and some had wear and tear. It seems like it used to be a really high end hotel maybe 20 years ago and they haven’t upgraded anything since then. Good location on a very busy street so nearby everything. Nice pool. There is no room service like advertised. They did our laundry for us though which was great.

The place has a nice pool with good seating area. A lot of food for breakfast buffet and access to water, tea and coffee all day. It's located near a lot of shops and restaurants. The bad part of our stay was a lady at the front desk, who told us at check in that we can't use the bigger of the two rooms in our reservation because it wasn't available for the 4 night we needed it. But after 2 nights that room magically became available; she couldn't process a charge on our credit card and told us our credit card was the problem, but her coworker a couple of days later charged our card for a second charge with no problems. Then we where staying in a big Junior suite room with big windows, but it was facing the busiest street in town. It was very noisy all night long and we didn't sleep for 2 nights. They did give us the room that we requested during check in only 2 days after our complaints. Rooms where spacious with good AC, but some furniture was loosing handles.

The hotel was in a good location, looked lovely, staff were nice and the breakfast was also good. Our room was suposed to be sound proof and with garden or pool views but we were given the road views with noisy traffic. It was meant to be 1 queen bed and a double sofa bed but there was only 1 bed. we recieved stained towels everyday even after making the cleaner aware we still kept getting stained towels. The toilet flush would not work properly and water would keep runing all night sometime even after the hotel fixed it. The water pressure for the shower head was very low at times and was told it would be fixed by someone but no one came and 2nd time we rang the reception staff said he is coming to have a look and never turned up.

The property was in a really convenient location yet quiet. The check in was efficient and friendly. The pool was nice although the smell from the rubbish in the adjacent lane wafted over which wasn’t pleasant. What we really didn’t like was the hot water was not hot. It was lukewarm and when we asked for it to be turned up to hot it got slightly warmer but was still lukewarm. It is reasonable to expect hotels to provide their guests with hot water
