This is a cool hotel with a lot of positives. The standout for me is the rooftop pool and bar. Superb views over Pattaya. Happy smiling faces everywhere. Great music, mocktails and bites to eat. Nice breakfasts in the 6th floor restaurant. Nice main meals in the casual restaurant on the ground floor. Excellent location opposite Central Marina and a short distance to Terminal 21.

The service from the staff was immaculate, from receptionist to the cleaning lady. And obviously the big draw is the amazing rooftop. Location is so so , not bad and most things is within walking distance. But i would preferably stay closer to tree town. Only real negative is the rooms are in great need of an update,

It has a lot of stuff nearby. Close to Terminal 21 and has great views of the city and beach. The dj hours and bars at the pools is a nice feature. The gym has great views. The breakfast buffet was just okay though.

Modern hotel in good location. Hotel is close to the beach and just a short walk to Terminal 21. Rooms are super clean and fresh. Very comfortable beds. Hotels have many areas to just sit and chill in. Skybar at the top. And have nice pools. Staff is very polite.

Very good hotel. We stayed 8 nights. The environment was so comfortable, I proposed to my, now fiance. The service and presentation were outstanding. I would like to high light these exceptional team members: Lyn, Lina, kat (Big smiles in the Pizza Club) Kaen, Kuad and light-mook (making delicious food in the Kitchen) Dao, Mild and Fluke (kept the drinks flowing at the Bar) We look forward to our next visit. We recommend making time worthwhile at Siam@Siam Pattaya. Thank you.

Hotel has an extreme moisture problem with bed sheets and walls that are very wet almost like the sheets weren’t dry and felt wet, Aircondition was the issue which caused a major water leak into the room in the middle of the night, (12.30am). Hotel has asked that we persue refund through Expedia which we intend to do.

Hotel was extremely clean and decor was visably appealing and intereating. All of the staff from the bell service, to the front desk, and food and bar staff were incredibly nice and eager to help. I don't think I met one person who didn't great me with a smile and make me feel like my questions were the most important thing to them at the moment. The location is perfect distance away from the city center and close to the beach, but walking distance to many great eateries and shopping areas. I dont know if I'll be taking the 30 hour trip to visit Pattaya again, but if I do, I will definitely be staying at Siam again.

I have stayed at Siam@Siam many times.. I feel like I've written this review before and have dejavu! I keep coming back. I love the location, the design/decor of the rooms, and the service. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, the pool areas are perfect for chilling with a view that I would like to see every single day. Great hotel!

Unfortunately, I made a human error and booked the wrong dates and I hadn’t ticked the box for free cancellation/change dates. After back and forth emails explaining the issue and adding that am a gold member along with phone calls to both Hotels.com and the hotel neither Hotels.com or the hotel would budge on changing my dates, they actually wanted £350, which was more than what I paid for the 3 nights I was supposed to stay. So naturally I didn’t stay and didn’t cancel my booking.
