Toilet was clogged. We had
To do the plunging ourselves and the washroom were small. It is an old hotel and you could tell once you’re in there.

Parking space availability. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Totally Good

This place was fantastic. It's cute and cozy, and you are surrounded by the mountains so you get the stunning views. Their staff was amazing. They were so kind and helpful, giving suggestions of good local breakfast spots and pointing out on a small map where a restaurant we were going to for dinner was. I cannot express how much my husband and I loved staying here. I can't wait for our next visit.

Lovely location and very friendly staff. A free glass of wine was much appreciated! The room was very roomy; the only criticism is that the curtains didn’t cover the whole window and we felt a bit exposed. Also, whoever was in the room above us had what sounded like concrete boots on.

The only complaint I have is the room doors need to be oiled because they were very squeaky
Other than that it was a great stay

Hotel staff not friendly or helpful.
The room was ok. I would not stay here again.

Clean, comfortable. Loved the balcony. Liked it enough that we asked the front desk to stay another night and they didn’t have a room available for us. Easily walkable to downtown, restaurants, and grocery stores. Free parking was great

It's a very good hotel, but definitely not worth the $400 that I paid.

The hotel is a bit old and dated, but also cozy and the staff was great.
Everything in the room was clean and functional. The location is also great, close to downtown and close to HWY 1.
One thing we really liked was complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby at all times.

Beautiful views from the property! Kind and helpful staff, convenient grab and go breakfast available, wine and cheese reception, just a lovely property!

Rooms really need to be updated. Beds were very uncomfortable. For the price there are nicer places to stay in Canmore.

Our suite smelled horrible. No matter how tidy everything else was, we couldn't get over the horrible lingering smell in our suite.

A clean, friendly and reasonably priced inn relative to much of the overpriced options in the area.

Really enjoyed the grab and go breakfast! Very convenient for early start at the hiking trails.

It’s an older hotel and they haven’t updated to key cards/doors. There were three of us and we had one key.
The carpet was lifted in the hallway quite bad.
The room was clean but it smelled old and wet.
It was very small. It’s the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. The bathroom was tiny - clean and mostly remodelled - but tiny and lacked ventilation for humidity.
The provided bagged breakfast was creative and quite good, costing only $5 a person. It was a unique feature.
The lobby was beautiful.
I booked and paid for a premium room with two queen beds, a balcony, and mountain view - got a standard room with two double beds, no balcony, and a view of a parking lot/other hotel.
For what I paid, I am not really pleased. It’s pricey in Canmore no matter what because it’s a tourist place but $465 for one night was outrageous for this room.

The washroom is disappointed, the vent is broken, water doesn’t drain property in the bath tub, counter is too small , you can’t put much stuff on it.

Great option if you don't want to spend $$$ in Banff. Location was right off of hwy so easy to go to Banff etc. not 5 stars or anything but that isn't needed if you will be staying out most of the day..

I like the location as it is in the center of the town. The staff were also nice and helpful! However, our room was on the ground floor and a few people were staying just right outside the room. We can hear them at night and we didn’t feel very comfortable about it. It would have been better if we were on the 2nd floor.

Very nice place and friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Overpriced as per most accommodations in Canmore. The air conditioner blew cold air directly onto the bed and there was no way to adjust the flow which made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

Great little place... vintage feel but clean and super convenient. Everything we were llooking for at the price. Nice wine and cheese hour in the afternoon as a bonus.
