Just finished a 2 night stay. The hotel is very small, only 2 stories byt has plenty of parking. It was VERY clean and had friendly staff. Beds were comfortable but rooms warm at night, even with the air running. Would stay here again for a quick work trip but not for a family vacation

I arrived the hotel at 2 am due to a medical emergency on the plane. There was no night manager at the front desk. After 20 min I called BW Cust. Svc. They were wonderful. The manager appeared about 50 minutes after I arrived. The key to my room kept disarming I had to replace it 3 times during my stay and I have several bug bites either from the room or the pool area :(

Rooms very comfortable and clean. Bed a little too firm for me but still comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Comfortable chairs and big refrigerator. Breakfast decent with lots of choices. We will likely return again!

The front desk staff is INCREDIBLY rude and unknowledgeable. I booked this hotel through Expedia, however when I arrived, the guy at the front desk told me there was no such reservation. I then provided him with the reservation/confirmation number and he told me he didn’t know how to do any of that and maybe I can call Expedia at a later time and get them to call in with my reservation. He then told me the nightly rates for the next two nights and asked if I just wanted to book through them. I said sure because it was late and I really didn’t have a choice, so I paid extra. When we arrived in our room, there were half filled water bottles next to the TV, as if the staff forgot to clean them up. I inspected the beds and linens and they all appeared to be clean. There were 4 of us, and there were only 3 towels provided, so we went to the front desk to ask for an extra pillow and more towels. We were told that we had to wait until the morning for house keeping to get those items. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that couldn’t simply hand me a towel to accommodate how many were in our room. The pool was disgustingly dirty and unkept, and the back door entrance door didnt close and lock properly, so you could walk right in. We actually ended up extending our trip; but left and stayed elsewhere. I will never frequent this hotel again and I urge you to do the same.

Man at the front desk was rude when I called them 2 times within about an hour. Asked me, ‘What do you want now?’ He called me back and I proceeded to give him my info to extend my stay. Then when I went to the front desk the next morning, they didn’t see where reservation was extended. I left for a different hotel.

Beds very comfortable.large shower. Breakfast was good, coffee not so great tho. The Jupiter Riverwalk behind the Hotel is beautiful and we greatly enjoyed. Loggerhead Marine Center is close by and an excellent place to visit and Free. Hotel staff was kind and friendly I would definitely recommend

À quiet and enjoyable little hotel nestled on the banks of the intercoastal, and access to the river walk which is a truly unique feature in Jupiter. Conveniently central to local attractions and beaches. Very nice and helpful staff, recently remodeled, nice breakfast, definitely recommend!

Best westerns are kind of like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get. This one however, was surprisingly comfortable, clean and in a very nice area. Overall, it was a great deal for the price we paid.

I have stayed at this best Western Jupiter a few days a week over the last month and it has always been clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. There is a great walking bridge that goes out into the intercoastal waterway and around to some great restaurants and shops.

This hotwl was small compared to other places around. With that being said it was absolutely amazing. Always clean, fruendly staff, great free breakfast, and on the riverwalk to other great restaurants. Bill was amqzing at check in and did this hotel and other local places a great deal of justice and advertisement.

I liked the cleanliness, convenience of the property. I wanted to extend my stay for one more day but they hiked up the price from $150 to $199 because the extra day was not covered under Expedia and the Memorial Day weekend was coming up. Their hospitality was thrown out the window. They lost me as a customer. I went to another hotel.

Most of our stay was very nice, but had a concern/problem with our room's a/c unit. Jeff was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns as well as offering a solution but we were checking out that day, so he left a msg for manager to call me. Still have not heard from him (3 days later) This tends to reflect poorly on entire stay, and am now hesitant to recommend property to others. I am not typically a complainer, but felt I needed to address this.

It was a nice and friendly check-in experience and it was great to receive so much information about the area, restaurants, etc. The hotel is right on the River Walk and a nice walk on there to the marina and restaurant. There is a nice pool and the breakfast had many choices and the service was excellent. The rooms are adequate and what I expected. I don't look to spend a lot of time in my room on vacation. The hotel is centrally located to everything you would want to do in this area.
