We had a wonderful stay at Au Virage. The room was a very good size and the bed comfy. There was many nice extras in the room, including wine glasses, corkscrews, body lotion, hair spray.....The breakfast was very tasty and ample enough to carry us through till suppertime. Pascal and his partner, I'm sorry but i didn't catch her name, were available to answer all our questions. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the pool. (Just note...our room came with a bath but no shower but we managed to shower down the hall.Some of the other larger rooms do have showers.) We would most definitely return. Then bnb is very conveniently located too.

Very well kept charming old brick building in downtown Magog, walking distance from many restaurants and services. Great welcome in person by the owner and attention to our trip needs around. Room given was the "Loft", large room with small kitchenette, sofa area and stools/table, tv, wi-fi, climatized, comfy large bed, with private access from the backyard, close to pretty garden, pool and car. Nothing to complain about, very pleased with the overall experience and the people met ! Breakfast in good company, choices of indoor/outdoor atmosphere, 5 menus to choose from.

Our host Pascal was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. Our room was beautiful with a large bed and large pull- out sofa bed. The bathroom was beautiful and sunny and well equipped. Breakfast was amazing and Pascal is an artist of a chef. Whatever you have for breakfast with Pascal you will remember for ever! We had a four night stay that we found quite enjoyable. The place is close to main street where restaurants are so need to drive and park. The Breakfast was more than plentiful and good. Our room was clean, fairly well furnished..the mattress squeaked but was comfortable once we were in it. Pascal was going to look into it. We would recommend it .

Pascal was very friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, well kept and lots of wood features from an 80 year old house. The breakfast choices are varied and plenty to eat in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Very clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, exactly where you want to be in Magog. As I said the downside was no in-room tv and it’s not the place to go if you want to get some shut-eye in the morning. Seems everyone was up at 7 am and talking really loud. If you’re an early riser and don’t mind not watching the news at night, it’s the perfect place to go

The host gave us a warm welcome and an excellent briefing about our accommodation and the dining options in town. He even gave us a voucher from the B&B association offering 15% discount at all restaurants. The house is super clean. Our suite was very spacious, both the queen bed and the pull out bed were new and comfortable. The room furnishings, linens and toiletries were of high quality. While most B&Bs have a fixed breakfast menu, Au Virage offers 5 breakfast choices which are prepared on order. A few negatives - there is no air conditioning and the pull chain of the ceiling fan did not work, so we could not keep the fan on when the light was turned off. Also the room has a clawfoot, free standing tub only with no shower curtain so guests are asked not to stand while taking shower. This would have been a problem for us had we stayed longer.
