The most amazing location across from the mezquita. Staff lovely and helpful.

Don't be put off by the two-star rating this hotel is great and worth at least another star! lots of quirky antiques and paintings in the corridors. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and had lots of storage space. The bathroom was well appointed and the freebie bag came complete with a razor and shaving cream, toothbrushes and tooth paste as well as the normal soap and shampoo. The breakfast was excellent value.

Firstly on a positive note this hotel is in excellent location in Cordoba. Now on to the negative the hotel has so many broken down pieces of what the refer to as antiques it is like walking into a hoarders home a few well place good pieces would help reduce the look of the clutter. The place always looked dirty and our view was of the housekeepers wash house where at any given time you could look out to see a group of them chatting and smoking. The room we were in should have been converted to a storage room! Floors so dirty that just walking on them your socks made them filthy. This place is a dump.

This basic hotel is across a small road/lane from one of the main entrances to the Mezquita - so ideal. All major sites are walkable. Rooms are pretty basic but clean and breakfast was OK; there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are two cafes right outside, and many more within a few minutes walk. The public areas are fascinating - more like a museum or antique shop, just let down by the rooms.

We had ants in our beds. The toilet was dirty. Besides that, there was nothing wrong. It just wasnt warm or friendly. I wish i had picked a different hotel with a plant filled patio to take a break from the heat.

What an incredible location directly opposite La Mezquita. The staff were wonderful and we were delighted with our stay.

Fantastic location. Great views and good restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Love this hotel that’s small but clean and beautiful.
In fact the weather is too hot here in Cordoba and the hotel ACs are not efficient and effective. That’s the only issue we had.

Right next to the Mesquita. The hotel is beautiful!

The stay was fine but the room is really small and stuffy. Location is amazing! Next to Mezquita and the old town! It’s ok for a day or two. If you only plan to sleep in the room that’s good but air flow is not great so can’t spend much time there.

Location across the Mezquita!

It was a perfect stay for us. The artistic and historical hotel was located in a excellent part of town that was walking distance from everything touristy. It was located across the cobblestone street from the Mezquita Cathedral. It felt very safe for two women, clean, and the staff were very attentive, day and night. The pillows were a bit too filled so they were high and hard. Everything else was wonderful, we’d stay there again!

The noisiest place I have ever stayed! Our room was facing the small square and there were people yelling and partying until after 4:00 am so I got no sleep. When I finally fell asleep, the garbage truck and street sweeper came by and woke me up. Otherwise it’s a cute place in a good location but if you like to sleep go elsewhere.

Such a brilliant location for doing the tourist bit in Cordoba but needs thinking about if you plan to drive. Medieval Spain was not designed around the motorcar unless of course you are a licensed taxi so options there if walking an issue. We arrived by motorcycle and enjoying the traditional bike parking of abandoning it wherever you want: 20 metres from hotel entrance. The staff are super friendly and 24 hour reception. Interior is like a museum with some amazing features. Rooms are traditional so fairly small but perfectly acceptable. Just that little bit different and all the better for it.

Nice location to see around the old town of Cordoba. Room is very old, but clean enough to stay. There are many many drawings and antique materials in corridor and patio, like museum. Very interesting hotel.

The location is super!
Just across from a gate of La Mezquitae.
Unfortunately our room was next to a restaurant or bar and they play same music all day long every day.
Make us so tired.
Otherwise everything was perfect!

If you can afford to stay elsewhere do so. Location was great, hotel was unique. Room’s AC was barely working. Shower door spontaneously burst and broke in to pieces. They gave us another room immediately.

A nica and quaint place in the best location.

My granddaughter & I were so pleasantly surprised on seeing the many beautiful paintings, antique furniture & ornaments that decorated the public areas. The reception & other staff were very helpful & friendly. The location was excellent, just opposite the Mezquita Cathedral & an easy walk to the Roman Bridge across which we went to see the Cordoba Spring Fair with all the beautifully dressed women, young & old, enjoying themselves. There were shops & eateries all around.

The hotel was beautiful and extremely well located for access to major attractions and wandering the streets of Cordoba. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Well-priced hotel in the heart of the historic centre of Cordoba. The location is ideal for making the most of your stay. The building and its decor reflect the history of the area. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location, close to everything, amazing hotel

For American this property, a museum and hotel built in 1600's was quite nice. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and private equipped rooms. Beautiful.

The location was very good. Therefore, I can overlook the fact that the linens are outdated. They could be a little better without having to be fancy. Unfortunately, I had noisy guests adjacent to more room. They did not have the courtesy to keep their noise level and stomping controlled i the late hours of the evening. Of course, that is not the hotel’s fault but the walls must be thin. If you are a light sleeper… beware.

Great views of cathedral from an old quirky property. Comfortable for short stays.

Our room was fun and funky. It was large and comfortable. Beds were a little hard. Breakfast buffet was pretty good for the price. Location fantastic. Off site parking not too convenient. Staff very courteous and helpful. No elevator but luggage assistance was offered. Would recommend.

For:
The proximity to attractions & restaurants was good. The room was clean and cleaning staff did a good job.
Against
Price for a 2 star hotel was expensive and breakfast wasn't included (paid less for a 3 star hotel with breakfast in Granada).
No safe or fridge in room. Storage, the only items we could get in their draws was underwear, so lived out of our cases.

A little on the rustic side but so cool to have all the art. A little dark as well .

Great hotel and great location. Very helpful staff

Hotel location is right in the middle of the old town and so convenient. But, much better to rent higher priced rooms for view of street and views. Cheaper rooms are inward facing.
3.0 / 5.0
Great location, right beside the Cathedral, friendly staff, the room looks clean but does not smell good, the room window is set open out of courtyard, however the courtyard is always fully closed except for breakfast hours, so there is no way to refresh air properly either.
2.5 / 5.0
Great place to stay when visiting Cordoba, near all tourist places, rest, and bars
Cristina and Pablo are the best

Right next to the main attraction, Mezquita. Just walk across the street. But the room was cramped. We were two people, but they gave us a room with three beds, and we could hardly move. Yet there was no rack to put our luggage. The bidet in the bathroom was installed in such a way there was no room for one of your legs.
5.0 / 5.0
Even though it’s classified as a 2 stars hotel, I think it should deserve at least 3.
